Tim T. was the tech that came out. Made a very good first impression. He did a great job in a very timely manor. When he was done I found the door didn't close completely on the right side. I was very comfortable in knowing in advance who the technician would be and in having the opportunity to read his bio. Eric showed up on time and after examining the door and the opener, explained exactly what the problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. He worked quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. Your installer/technician (I don't know his title) was efficient, very careful, thorough and competent as well as a good PR person for the company. I believe his name was John. I saw your ad in the YPs I liked that you provided same day service and your credentials. Eric was very polite and explained what was discovered after his assessment. My spring had snapped, 1 cable was weak, and I needed new drums. The quality of his workmanship was excellent. I was a little taken back by the cost, but with all that I had done, I am satisfied.

We were very pleased with the service and product we received. John was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He installed the new opener and corrected faults from the older units installation to ensure proper operation of the new unit. He explained what he had done and how to properly operate the new opener and maintain it. All in all very satisfied.
