Hours earlier than estimated wait, great. Could not have been easier to work with. Knowledgeable, pleasant, listened to what I expected at finish point. Upgraded us to battery backup opener. Gary came quickly (within an hour of our phone call for service) and assessed our problem. Instead of doing a repair, we decided to just replace the 17 year old garage door opener. He had what we needed on the truck and within 75 minutes had replaced the opener, put on new rollers and belt rail and programmed both cars for us. He was professional, knowledgeable and walked us through the entire process. I would recommend this company without hesitation!

I was in a jam after two internet handymen failed to show up. I called Precision shortly before 8:00 am and a serivce man was here taking are of the problem by 10:00 am.
