How nice is it to do business with a company that is prompt and sends out such good workers who know what they're doing. When both our garage door springs broke, Rodney came to take care of the situation. Because we didn't want to invest more money in a very old door, we decided instead to have a new garage door installed. Rodney helped us design a new door, and we were more than pleased with his advice. Our installer Alex was so pleasant, arrived on time, was courteous, and thoroughly cleaned the workplace when he finished the installation. We recommend Precision for all your garage door needs as we found this company was reliable, reasonably priced, and offered quality products.

This company is amazing. Woke up to a broken spring on my garage door. I called Precision right away. Jason was here by 8 am and finished by 9 am! Friendly, professional and work completed in a timely manner. I was able to get on to work and the rest of my day. Clear options were presented and cost was reasonable. Excellent service from appointment request through to completion of repairs. I had a failure of my 20yr old garage door opener and sent an online request to Precision the morning of August 30. Within one hour, I had a call back and a service schedule for 12-4pm same day. The service tech, Tim Tomlinson Jr, called at 12noon letting us know he would be at our home at 12:20pm. Tim was a very nice, courteous, and knowledgeable tech; explaining all options on the front end, fast professional repair/installation, and operational performance at completion of the job. I couldn’t ask for a better overall experience. Job well done !!

I needed the springs replaced(broken) and a new bottom seal replaced. The tech explained all my options saying the door showed no rust and would last, unless of course I ran into it!! So I purchased the parts to change out and a 10 yr warranty thrown in. So I think it will be worry free for at least 10 yrs since we don't use it a whole lot, reducing the # of revolutions on the springs. The tech did a great job for me; didn't know he was out there.

Our garage door broke Monday morning -- Jason was out to see us the next day. He was great - explained things, walked me through the check-up (what was working, what wasn't), quickly identified the cause of the problem and gave us options. Parts were on the truck - so door was fixed and working within an hour. Jason was friendly and helpful. Great service and will definitely call them again when and if we need a fix!

They was the first company who pick up the phone and was out in like a hour the other one was like 2 day or 3 day i need my car for work i could not wait 2 days or 3 days they even waited til my payday the employee was very nice, Thanks to all the employees at precision oh I just call them because i got a coupon i'm able to use it thanks to Chelsea if need be I will tell my friend.

Thank you Precision Door Service For coming out the same day that I put in my request. After a month of dealing with my home warranty. I called Precision Garage door company and they got the job done the same day!! My garage door opener was an old model stopped working. Great response to my broken overhead garage door torsion spring (1 of 2). My 2- car garage door is a very heavy redwood door and can not be lifted manually, even after it is disconnected from the door opener. I appreciate the response, after just 2-hours of the call for service. Wow. Even better, Tim (A) - Tomlinson Jr was fantastic, very informative and courteous, especially informing us he was going to relieve the tension on the other torsion spring to start the replacement of both springs. He was great!!! You pay for great products, great service, knowledge and assurance that the job will be done right. I appreciate everything and so does family, as they commented how wonderful Tim was in performing his job. Fantastic!!!

Derrick, the repairman, couldn't have been better. Very knowledgeable, polite, answered all my questions, explained what was immediately wrong and also what other garage door issues (very old ball bearings, old spring) were affecting the garage opener. A plus!

We loved the fact Precision Garage Door provides services on the weekend. Our problem was noticed late on a Fri afternoon and the service was completed Sat morning. The price was reasonable, Daniel G was friendly, professional and neat. He also gave us a price estimate for replacing the spring. Would use again.

I never write reviews but I was so impressed with the service I received, I'm here to give you five stars! I arranged an appointment with a competitor--and had to schedule more than a week in advance. But no one showed up or called after I waited for two hours. Then I called Precision and they sent Dustin out later that same day. He was super nice and solved my problem without hassles or additional visits. I have already recommended Precision to my neighbors! Well done!
