Technician came out when they said they would. They fully explained the issue and the cost to repair. All the parts needed were on the truck so no waiting. Technician did an outstanding job installing a new opener and keypads. The entire process was completed in less than 2 hours. Fantastic job!

The representative had my garage door issue resolved in about 20 minutes. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. There are two reasons Precision gets a three-star review. Firstly there is a $20 Fleet Transportation fee added to the bill. I inquired about this and was told it’s for gas and the wear-and-tear on the truck involved in driving to appointments. I stated that I wasn’t going to pay this fee. It is a business expense. Joshua was able to give me a discount of the same amount. Lastly the charge is a lump sum total. I asked how much of the total charge was the item and how much was labor. The representative stated that he didn’t know. It’s all together. Since the needed the work completed and it was already finished (the representative could have undone the work and just charged me the initial fee) I paid the total without the breakdown but I felt like the company wasn’t being honest.

Tim came on time and was super friendly. He immediately installed new batteries in the outside keypad which brought it back to operation. No muss; no fuss. I couldn't be happier!

Very satisfied with our experience with your company. From the easy to use appointment tool on the website, to the tech Gary checking in the next morning and finally to our repair, everything went very smooth. Gary was very thorough and explained the options for the repair, which I appreciated. He was up front about what was needed to fix our problem, but was not pushy in any way. He gave us a time frame of how long it would take and he was right on that, too.

Appointment was easy to schedule. Called around 8 and got a 10a-2p window. Technician was early and very professional. Walked me through any problem spots, fixed the issue, and while he did offer some upsells he was not pushy about them. Would 100% recommend.

Mike McClellan was clean, courteous, professional, efficient and very helpful. The new opener works wonderful. We would recommend Precision for any Garage door installation or repair.

We had a great experience with Precision back in April installing a beautiful new garage door with windows, all the tracks, and new torsion springs. They did a great job. Recently we had belt become loose on our opener due to a lock screw that needed tightened. They came out the next day and fixed at no charge. Highly recommend them for your garage door and opener needs.

Reached a live person on my first call to Precision, scheduled a service call that same day - the tech Joshua Walker made a complete inspection of the garage door and the issue.
