This is our 2nd/3rd house with a Precision Garage door. They did the sale/install/service on our two new garage doors in 2021/2022. Due to our builder not seeming to understand that 'flatwork' concrete under garage door is to be......flat :)..... it had a 1" bow/peak in middle. Precision adjusted the then new GD a few times and then installed an extra thick/large gasket at bottom to make it weather tight. Now, a year later, I finally had the concrete cut out and re poured to actually be flat but then needed the garage door to come down more/seal. Guy came out today was awesome, personable and adjusted it quickly but then also took the time to chat me through a few other things to keep my eye on. We were lucky to find Precision.

I'm more than pleased with the repair and service PGD provided yesterday. The technician, James, was very professional with his assessment of what was needed and explaining what options were available. If my upcoming surgery wasn't in the way of some of the upgrade options, I would have done so. I did follow some of his recommendations for the repair. It cost more, but I have peace of mind that I won't have any more problems with the garage door. James is a pro, that's for sure. PDG may have cost a little more than other contractors, but their professionalism and attention to details was well worth the cost. I highly recommend them if you want the job done right the first time.

I had previously used Precision Door ton address an issue at my own house. This time it was at my daughter's house in German Village. Jason, the tech, was on time and quickly assessed the problem. 6/09/2023: From the original phone call when Michaela answered and set up my appointment, to the arrival of the tech (Adam) who performed the work, this experience was pleasant and professional. When Adam arrived, he was on time and outstanding with his knowledge, work ethic, and git-er-done attitude. From the start of his work to the completion – about five hours later – Adam was a very impressive worker. He had only positive things to say about the company (Precision) and never ran out of energy. He replaced two garage door openers and the wheels on both doors, ran new wiring, and set them both up to work perfectly. My wife and I are very pleased with the job that Adam did. He explained what needed to be done, got my permission to perform the work, then proceeded to do it, cleaning up after himself, checking and double-checking his work. I would rate this whole process as a 10 out of 5. Thank you for this opportunity to provide feedback.
