I chose Precision because of the commercials on tv, but I sure am glad I chose them just the same. I called in the morning, got an afternoon appointment, and my door was fixed within 8 hours of the first call - unheard of in the world today! Dustin was efficient, kind, helpful, and friendly. Walter is the best ! I did not like how much noise my garage door made and Walter gave me a re-make that made all the difference in the world. This was a year or so ago. Now, with the door partially down we backed a car into the lower panel. this is a difficult repair and may not last forever but, again, Walter came to the rescue and worked his magic and both times the same day I called. The spring on my garage door broke suddenly on a Sunday afternoon. My boyfriend suggested I call Precision Door which I did even though it was a Sunday. My call was answered by a friendly, professional call center representative who promptly scheduled an appointment for me the next day. Tim, the repairman, came promptly at 10 am when he was scheduled, and called me beforehand as promised, which I appreciated. We inspected the door together and he told me I would have a few options for the repair. He gave me estimates on those options - no pressure whatsoever. After I made my choice, he very quickly and professionally did the repair. It was all done in less than an hour. Tim was very personable, friendly and professional. My overall experience was top-notch and I would recommend Precision Door to anyone.

I called with a concern about a squeal that I heard after closing our garage door. I was able to make an appointment fairly easy and quickly. The service tech, Kayne, was very friendly, came out and took a look and made his recommendations. Unbeknownst to him, I HATED how noisy our garage door opener had been since we built our house, you could hear it from the curb! The repairs (springs, rollers, belt, opener) were done quickly and Kayne explained all of the necessary instructions, had me demonstrate a couple of functions, and asked if we had any questions. Needless to say, we are now noise free all the way around! YAY! I've been thanking my husband for our new garage door opener for the last couple of days! ???? Thanks PDS!
