I called with a concern about a squeal that I heard after closing our garage door. I was able to make an appointment fairly easy and quickly. The service tech, Kayne, was very friendly, came out and took a look and made his recommendations. Unbeknownst to him, I HATED how noisy our garage door opener had been since we built our house, you could hear it from the curb! The repairs (springs, rollers, belt, opener) were done quickly and Kayne explained all of the necessary instructions, had me demonstrate a couple of functions, and asked if we had any questions. Needless to say, we are now noise free all the way around! YAY! I've been thanking my husband for our new garage door opener for the last couple of days! ???? Thanks PDS!

This was our first time using Precision and it definitely won't be the last. Our technician was on time, friendly and explained everything about the new opener. He even gave us some pointers on 'oiling' the hinges when the door starts to squeak.

I would recommend Precision to anyone having garage door issues. I contacted them on a Friday night and they were here before 10:00 AM on Saturday. Adam H was knowledgeable and professional. He explained some of the items that needed replaced on my 30-year old garage door. There were no high pressure sales at all. The completed work gives me peace of mind and that is priceless!

When my garage door would not close, a neighbor recommended Precision. They were very prompt in coming out and made suggestions on replacing the various parts. Since I didn’t want to mess with it again I told him to replace the motor, springs and all the parts. Glad the work was all done within a few hours. He even reprogrammed my car remote control for me. Precision Garage Door came to our rescue! While we knew the spring broke on the garage door Friday night, we thought we'd be able to manually lift it on Saturday. So when the prior garage door repair company we called didn't get back with us - and we found out we couldn't life the door Saturday morning, I looked for another answer in a panic. Precision was the first company to show up when I Googled garage door repair. I saw 24/7 hours and same day service and called right away. We were given a repair window of 12-4 when I called in at 11 AM. While I wish the repair could have been immediate, when they showed up within 2 hours (at 1 PM), I was quite pleased. The tech looked over the situation, gave me some options on the spring and other fixes/maintenance needed - and had everything with them to do the work when I authorized all services. They were done within the 1.5 hour gestimate they provided and it came time to pay. I have no idea if the pricing is competitive as I didn't have the luxury of getting 3 estimates. I had to cancel one appointment when my car was held hostage by the garage door, I only hoped to set it free in time for the other plans I had that day. The Precision workers were wonderful - efficient, professional and nice to speak to. I highly recommend you give them a call - especially if you're in a pinch. As a follow up - the other company finally returned our call after we'd made the appointment with Precision. As it turns out - they would not have been able to get to us same day. Needless to say, I won't be calling on that company again!

My garage door broke on a Sunday night, and I was able to get an appointment the next morning. Derek arrived when promised, and had all replacement parts on his truck. He took car of everything right away!!! I would recommend Precision to anyone, and will definitely call them for any future garage door needs.

After having a terrible experience w/another company last week, my garage door was still unable to open, my car wasvsitting outside, the other company's tech car left 3 large oil stains on my concrete driveway, I canceled my next appointment with the other company & call Precision Garage Doors. Precision office staff could not have been nicer. They scheduled their tech Evan (Joseph) Long to come out today, Sun Feb 5, 2023. Everything was perfect, Evan got everything done. He got the "hung door" released, diagnosed the main issue to be our old garage door opener, but he also got that up working. I opted to replace the 20+ year old garage door opener & some others things that seemed ready to replace. Evan explained everything, he did not pressure me to do anything, he showed me several options to look at, I chose one of the option & he completed the work. Thank goodness I called Precision, I highly recommend this company & especially tech Evan Long. Very pleased with everything, they are a 5 star plus company.

A little after 6am, I’m trying to leave and as they say, garage door springs don’t like the cold. I jumped online and chatted to set and appointment for approximately 10am. About 7:30 I get a call that a tech could be out around 8am. They went over the entire system and gave me 3 options. I made my selection and Jason replaced springs, bearings, rollers and bottom weatherstrip - also put the motor on a surge protector. 7yr warranty on all of this. As this was my first experience with them - can you say home run?

The spring on my garage door broke suddenly on a Sunday afternoon. My boyfriend suggested I call Precision Door which I did even though it was a Sunday. My call was answered by a friendly, professional call center representative who promptly scheduled an appointment for me the next day. Tim, the repairman, came promptly at 10 am when he was scheduled, and called me beforehand as promised, which I appreciated. We inspected the door together and he told me I would have a few options for the repair. He gave me estimates on those options - no pressure whatsoever. After I made my choice, he very quickly and professionally did the repair. It was all done in less than an hour. Tim was very personable, friendly and professional. My overall experience was top-notch and I would recommend Precision Door to anyone.
