This morning I saw a Precision Door van across the street where I live. I walked over and talked to technician Jason Daring about getting an estimate on a new garage door. Even though Jason was busy, he took time to answer my questions, give me an estimate on a new garage door, and get me scheduled for an appointment. He was very kind, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Without him I wouldn’t have agreed to do business with your company.

Spring broke on my garage door and called on a Sunday and had someone out the next day. Tim called me to let me know he was on the way to make sure I was home. Tim looked at the broken spring and walked me through his repair recommendations giving me multiple options. Once I gave him the option to fix the springs he completed the repair in 1 hour and then walked me through the completed job and warranty info. I will definitely use Tim and Precision again for any garage door needs I may have.

Sarah Crowe was very through in her description of the door requested and installation. The appointment time went from morning through the website to 12-2pm confirmation later sent, to her arrival at 2:45pm. I guess if I had something else to do this would have been irritating, but I didn't and she was very polite and quick.

Derek came out to my home in the evening to fix a broken spring on our garage door. The door was not functional and we could not get my wife's car out and she had to leave for work first thing the following morning. Derek showed up super quickly and was EXTREMELY professional, courteous, and respectful of our home. He was able to fix our spring and get our door up and running again. The cost for the repair was quite high (which is my only knock on the experience), but i suppose its the price of having an emergency repair completed in the evening hours when nobody else is open or will come out to help. Regardless, the cost does NOT reflect negatively on Derek (as i presume its set by Precision and not the tech) - he was truly a life saver and i couldnt have asked for a better personal interaction in this emergency situation. Big thanks to Derek for helping us out in a pinch.

We had a new opener installed in August of 2021 and had the wireless app installed for remote garage door opening through our smart phone. All worked well until we upgraded our internet service to 5G a month ago. Now the phone app won’t work. This was the reason for the service call. Service tech stated that unfortunately there is no fix for this. Now I know that our opener/opener app won’t work with the 5G internet. Guess we’ll just have to live with the issue.

Dustin Keaton came out on fairly short notice. He was extremely responsible and helpful from start to finish. He laid out all options for our garage door repair and once we made a decision he offered to stay late to get it completed that night. He went way above and beyond and it was a tremendous experience.

Our friend's car was stuck in her garage (we are responsible for her property) and, she needed to get it out to be able to get to work on Monday. We tried everything to get it out and the garage door would not open. So, we called Precision Garage Door. The first thing he did for us was to get her car out of the garage which really eased our minds. He thoroughly inspected the garage door and, he gave us several options on what could be done to fix the problem. He explained each option to us and allowed us to choose which one best suited our needs. Then he went to work. He worked extremely hard to make sure everything was perfect. We chose your company because of the advertising we have seen on television. You have a first-class operation from the time we called to explain our situation, to the end result. Unfortunately, the door was damaged beyond the point of repair, so he helped me come up with a temporary solution until a door can installed.

The service representative was very friendly and helpful. More importantly he was honest. What I thought was a problem was not and he told me that. Instead of charging me for a repair I did not need, I paid for a service call and received some good information about my garage door and the motor that I am using.
