Useless. Tech tried to sell us a new opener, which he wouldn't have for "at least 2 weeks" and did zero troubleshooting. Maintenance department found a loose sensor wire in panel and got door up and going again.

Thank you for sending Pat Mulligan to perform a preventative maintenance on our garage door. He was timely and knew what he was talking about. The only problem determined was that the door was sticking upon opening. He suggested what cleaning method to be done to get rid of the problem. He then reviewed how to determine when maintenance was needed and gave me his card. As promised on the phone, if no work was needed then the call was free. He then gave me his card, which I will use, if any problem would occur. Thank you Precision Garage Door.

It was Sunday and I couldn't open my garage to get my car out. I was upset. I looked online and read good reviews on Precision Garage. I called and a very pleasant lady answered. Tom called 15 minutes before arrival and went over everything he was going to do during his visit. Tom found an alternate solution for my problem that also saved some money; which was great and I never felt any pressure to decide one way or the other. A full garage door inspection was also performed at no additional charge!

Totally...job well done. Garage spring broke late Sunday afternoon. Scheduled Sunday for Monday repair for 10:00-2:00. Robbie Deshotel was the technician. He called a couple of times assuring the ETA and showed up promptly. Very knowledgeable. Explained a couple of options besides replacing the spring given the fact that the garage door opener was 30 years old. Based upon his assessment, I decided to replace the opener. He completed the service promptly. Job done right! Very personable young man, More than highly recommend!! Glad I called Precision!

It was easy to set an appointment online and the communication from the technician was spot on! The technician that came to our house was Trevor Derifield, he was polite, informative and considerate of all the issue I brought up. I had my garage door replaced by Lake in July 2025. He is knowledgeable about his work and completed work timely. He informed me about the care of the door, installation panels, and their 3 year warranty. I would refer others to use Precision Door. I got an estimate from Door Depot. There service was totally unexceptable. They are not a reputable garage door company. I would use Percision Door again.

These guys are not the cheapest. But do yourself a favor and hire them instead of having to hire them to clean up somebody else’s mess like I did. They are professional time late and they just do great work. They re-hung a Garage Door for me and then they just came out and replaced the key box. I’ll never use anybody else!
