Precision door came quickly when I called about a faulty keypad garage opener on my garage. Precision had installed it a year ago. Since it was still under warranty, technician replaced keypad. Great technician. Great service.

I have a Guardian garage door opener but the outside remote quit working. I ordered a universal remote that supposedly was compatible but upon receipt, we couldn't get it to work. I Googled for a nearby and experienced garage door service company and decided to ask for help from Precision Door. I called on Friday and they were here, on time, on Monday as promised. The technician was professional, friendly and, most importantly, helpful with his advice. He assessed the situation and made recommendations for us to find the remote device we needed. He also offered to return once we got the replacement remote if we needed his help. And, get this....he didn't charge us!!! Getting that kind of courtesy from a service company is unheard of. Consequently, I will be sure to remember their name and share it with anyone I come across who needs the help they can provide. I'm very satisfied with this interaction.

He's also a fellow musician, so give him some time off so he can practice and get on stage with me. He's a credit to your organization, and you guys are awesome! Highly recommend!!

Once again Precision Door saves the day! Trevor came out the same day and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and explain my options as well as additional preventive measures that could be taken. Garage door was installed by Precision so I have always called them when necessary. They where able to schedule service on the same day I called. Technician Dylan Farrington did a great job informing me of cost and what needed to be done in order to fix the door so I could open it. He replaced the spring and parts so now it works great. He was courteous and very professional.

Customer service and satisfaction is top priority for Precision Garage Door of Columbus. Scheduling the free consultation online was quick and easy. When the tech arrived, he could see that my vehicles were stuck inside my garage. He made it his mission was to put the broken garage door back on track so that we could not only get our cars out, but also be able to close the garage door to secure the garage again--at no charge. He waited to discuss an estimate until after this task was completed. Then he listened to my concerns and showed me a sample of a door. It was much better quality than one I was looking at in a big box store, and it has a lifetime warranty, unlike the other one. Additionally, they were able to install it before Thanksgiving whereas the other place said it would be after Thanksgiving. The cost difference was only $400 between the two, and so it was really a no-brainer for me. More than anything else, it was the genuine care and concern expressed by the tech--not only in words, but also in action that quickly built rapport and trust. I also learned that the majority of their employees are Veterans. As a Veteran myself, that's very important to me. I highly recommend.

I realized my garage door was broken ,when I got home from work,Brad was there almost within the hour,Precision is the 911 of emergency repair, very knowledgeable, showed me everything recommended after inspection, fixed all of the issues within an hour or 2 and door works perfectly, I will let the condo association ( which my neighbor is on the board and she has an issue with her garage door, how Precision, Brad and his helper was) thanks again guys
