My technician was David S. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He examined the garage thoroughly while explaining to me what the problems were. He then wrote up 3 estimates and explained the difference between them. I made my choice and of course, it was more expensive than I originally thought but I did choose one with a 5year guarantee. David also helped me change the code on my door opener which I greatly appreciated. The only thing I might say is that I really would appreciate having an itemized bill. Please email me one.

David was my tech for the problem I had with my garage door. David was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in how he approached his work. After replacing the opener, David tested the opener. There appeared to be a intermittent break in a sensor that required a second trip and David took the time needed to troubleshoot and repair the issue. I would highly recommend Precision and David to take good care of you.

David Hejduk was the service man who helped me. He was very good at his job and his interaction with me. He was respectful, and worked to help me at a reasonable cost. I was trying to get the screen out of my front door and couldn't reach the screws, and Mr. Hejduk helped me out. I appreciated his kindness and efficiently fixing my garage door. We had a situation with our garage door that required immediate attention. Called the folks at Precision, they were able to become townhouse, even on a a Saturday, within a few hours. Repair was completed, Matt was professional, courteous, and efficient. He presented the options for the repairs, please note there was no sales pressure. I called Precision Garage Door Service today at 2:30pm and they had someone at my house at 3:45pm! Matt Eberly was our technician, and I can't say enough great things about him! He was personable, professional, and got to work so quickly! He was able to fix the motor to our garage in under an hour. Matt Eberly was our prior tech. He installed a garage door opener this winter and we had an issue with it going up and down. He was here on April 15th. On time and very good service. We love your company and would recommend it to everyone. It was nice to have the same technician. Excellent service.

I have a beautiful wood garage door but it had a motor way too small and all the hinges were old and frozen. When the door went up and down all shook and was noisy. James from Precision spent over 3 hours replacing all the old, noisy parts and now it runs smooth as silk. Love it!

Working with Precision Garage Door was really quick and easy. This morning we had Precision install a new Liftmaster garage door opener. Our serviceman Tom P. was knowledgeable, on time, courteous, and a delight with whom to work. He cleaned up well after he finished the installation, programmed our remotes, and explained how the opener inside the garage worked. This is the third time we have worked with Precision and each time, we were fully satisfied with the work. We recommend them without hesitation.

Well, the person came as promised and gave me a fair listening of what i wanted and made appropriate suggestions. I was very impressed and decided to not just have my problem fixed for the short term but decided upon a very nice upgrade as well. I was having problems with my door not opening. When I called, the person wasn't sure she could get someone out right away. But she checked, and said someone could get there about 4 PM. Derek Mason was there shortly after 4. He took his time checking everything, and discovered the problem was a leak, which caused the system short out when there was a heavy rain. He then spent 3 hours, fixing some other problems. I was impressed by how well he know his business. I know that if I have further problems, or decide to upgrade, I'll call Precision Garage Door....and ask for Derek!

My garage door broke on a Friday. I called Precision door because they advertised quick response time. I was given a time of 12:00 - 2:00. Tom the technican called me and was at my house with in a hour of me calling. Tom inspected what was going on with my garage door ands gave me a quote on fixing the problem. Tom had all the parts on his truck and had the door totally fixed. Tom was very friendly and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Precision door to anyone that needs a garage door fixed. Thanks Precision door for a quick response and Tom for fixing the door .
