Very impressed with the expertise of our technician. He corrected a problem from the initial installation and everything is working perfectly now. It was over 90 degrees and he was here for almost two hours- and still! very polite and personable in addition to being very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!

Our garage door was fully replaced a few years ago and began to break down prematurely. The springs and bearing all wore out fast. The door was becoming loud and finally gave out. Matt E. Came and quickly identified the issues and completely the repairs quickly. The door functions again and is very quiet now. Very satisfied with the service.

Gary was - in a word - excellent! I received complete same day service just as you advertise. I made an appointment at 8 a.m., he arrived at 10 a.m. He first walked me through all the "issues" observations with our garage door system. Then, when he gave us an estimate for repair/replace, he listed the items in order of priority to address. He said he would complete his work in 2 to 2 1/2 hours. It was 2 hours. Then, when he was done, he walked through everything he did, and asked me if I had any more questions. He kept his word on everything. And your company backed up your word in your advertising. Thank you! I would recommend Precision to anyone.

Matt was a pleasure. I told him to inspect my garage door and to sync my garage door opener and the keyless pad. I wasn’t expecting my 27 year old garage door to be in dire need of new parts. We figured what parts were a necessity and gave an affordable price. He took an interest in conversation which made the experience less painful. I would recommend this company for a job well done.

I have been so pleased with Adam H - last November and today! I was also glad that he was the person who came to my assistance. When I made the call, I was told that Adam had been assigned elsewhere and Joseph would be coming to help me. I asked that Adam be told that I said Hi. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from Adam and say he was on his way; to thank you! I am a widow existing alone and really appreciate a business that understands the continuality of service is of value to the client as well as the service person. Thank you, this means a lot to me - I know most people are good but I have had one person in my home for installation of new washer & dryers and it was traumatic. As I told the senior tech when he was leaving - this is why you work with quality companies, problems are solved quickly & efficiently (I just called your company this morning) & before 1:00 pm problem solved!!

Communication was terrible--service tech told me I had three options to get my garage door working... #1 Good $1155; #2 Better $1515 or #3 Best $1715... no description of what I was getting, only that if I went with #2 it would have a 10 year warranty. So based on seeing a screen on his phone with just the information show above (no details)... I picked the middle #2! After the service, I received an e-mail showing the options listed above with the details of what all was included (first time to know what I was getting)... AND I noticed, the warranty is only for 7 years NOT 10! They have no paperwork, no pamphlet, no warranty certificate indicating what is and what is not covered. Later, I received an e-mail from the owner of the company-asking me to write a review-but if "for any reason you are not totally satisfied, I would consider it a favor if you called and gave me the opportunity to redress the situation". So I called, obviously I was not permitted to talk directly to him. I talked with someone who argued with me and told me the office manager would call me back... that was on 5/15,,, NO ONE HAS CALLED! Be careful, ask for proof of what you are getting, know your warranty, ask for paperwork! Hopefully, if anything does go wrong they will honor their service?????

Kayne came today to assist us with an urgent Garage Door issue. Earlier in the day our Garage door cable broke and other issues were discovered! Kayne was on time, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about our issues! He also was upfront about our issue and gave us a couple of options which we choose to just replace the door based upon the age and issues.
