Our garage door was fixed in a couple hours. Kayne was very professional, kind and thorough in the explanation of what was wrong with our door. He offered several options to take care of the problem and no pressure was placed on purchasing more than what we needed.

Our repairman arrived on time, was very professional, and provided a complete inspection. He listened to my concerns, and provided an estimate quickly that addressed all of my needs, at a fair and reasonable cost. We decided to go ahead with the repairs, and he completed them within 2 hours. I would be happy to recommend your company to anyone requiring service. Thank You!

My garage door spring died without notice. Tim from Precision came by and diagnosed my problem. He was able to install a new spring in oomph a few hours. He was very courteous and professional. I would recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

Excellent Service!! My garage door spindle blew it’s bearing—however, it was 23 years old!!! I Googled “Garage Door Repair” and not only was Precision one of if not the first name to come up, the company also claimed “same day service”. Once I saw that coupled with the bevy of 5-star reviews, I decided to give them a try. And I am so glad that I did! The technician, Dustin, was professional and knowledgeable. He was also very fast! Well done!

Excellent service by Tim, and he had fixed the problem within 2 hours of my “distress call. btw your “live chat” function is really irritating because it obscures the comments pane I’m trying to write on!

I chose Precision for my garage door repair because of the commercials I had seen on television. I made a very good choice! Anthony arrived as scheduled listened to my concern and my garage door. He explained what was going on with my opener, showed me options for a new opener, and explained the differences between them. Anthony was clean in appearance, professional, answered all of my questions, and was just an absolute joy to have at my home! I will always refer Precision to anyone I know that needs to have their garage door repaired. Thank you for having such wonderful employees!

I am very pleased with the response and service. Timely and efficient. The doors work quietly and my new opener is very smooth. The price was certainly acceptable. Had new springs and a new opener installed, as well as tracking fixed. The technician was friendly and did everything necessary.

Tim was great and efficient. All I needed was a new opener to solve my problems. Not what I expected but the new product is excellent and now, finally, I can sneak out o f the house without being heard. Everything always seems more expensive than you expect but the quality of the merchandise and professionalism of the technician makes it seem worthwhile.

Gary came out to replace a broken spring and rollers. I was very satisfied with Gary’s professionalism , quality of work, and how he explained what was needed. My only complaint is after receiving my invoice via email after the work was done, I see the amount that Precision Door charged for roller is $20 a piece. For reference, what appear to be the same part can be bought for about $20 for a pack of 10. I understand there is always a mark up on parts, but 10 times cost is way excessive. I feel I was over charged by about $300 for these parts. That’s quite disappointing. Again, Gary was great and highly recommended. The over charge for parts, not so much.
