Tim was great and efficient. All I needed was a new opener to solve my problems. Not what I expected but the new product is excellent and now, finally, I can sneak out o f the house without being heard. Everything always seems more expensive than you expect but the quality of the merchandise and professionalism of the technician makes it seem worthwhile.

Gary came out to replace a broken spring and rollers. I was very satisfied with Gary’s professionalism , quality of work, and how he explained what was needed. My only complaint is after receiving my invoice via email after the work was done, I see the amount that Precision Door charged for roller is $20 a piece. For reference, what appear to be the same part can be bought for about $20 for a pack of 10. I understand there is always a mark up on parts, but 10 times cost is way excessive. I feel I was over charged by about $300 for these parts. That’s quite disappointing. Again, Gary was great and highly recommended. The over charge for parts, not so much.

It was Sunday, I called... They were here within 2 hours. Inspected my door. Informed me that they were not the right people for my particular job!!! Took 20 minutes finding the right people then wrote down there name and numbers for mr. Get this, when asked what I owed them was informed (0) nothing!!!! The man was here for over a hour and charged me nothing!!!! When I need a New Door I'm calling Precision no doubt!!!!!!!

I was very pleased with the technician he was very knowledgeable and professional. The 3 star rating is no reflection on the tech but on the cost of the service. I would have gotten other quotes if were are dealing with Covid-19. It was truly sticker shock however I will say I was able to get same day service that was also impressive. I thought I was just getting maintenance done which is what the service was again I thought the cost was extremely high.

I was very surprised to hear from my wife that your Technician (Tom Palmer) came into my house twice without a mask even though Franklin County is under a mandatory mask order and wearing a mask to protect my 62 year old wife would have been the least I would have expected. Very disappointed in this. All the work was done rapidly and professionally and the garage door works perfectly now. The cost was higher than I expected, but I did not have time to take bids and cannot say if it was above the market or not. My low rating is based strictly on your employees total disregard for my wife's safety and health.

The service was amazingly fast and the quality of the work was excellent. My only complaint is pricing. $800 for a new 1/2 hp opener seems to be to much.

He then did the new installation in a timely fashion and talked me through all the new parts and how to use them. He was courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. Very happy I used Precision!!

I had my door opener, cable, and springs replaced. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and the technician was easy to work with -- professional, pleasant and efficient. I called on a Saturday afternoon when we couldn’t get our garage door opened. We had a technician there within a couple of hours. He repaired the spring (?) roller. Nice guy. Seemed incredibly competent and efficient. I would recommend highly!

We originally contacted Precision Door because our neighbor recommended you. After submitting a form online, we were contacted promptly to schedule an in-person consultation. Our door designer, Megan, helped us select a new garage door. From the moment she arrived, she listened to our needs, and was quick to direct us to a door that fit both our requests and our budget. She was friendly, helpful, and did everything she could to help us find the right garage doors. We're now awaiting the install of our new doors.

I would have given this review 5 stars, but I have to say the only thing I'm not impressed with is the repair cost. It was extremely expensive to fix at over $ 1200. I realize not every repair is the same, and not every garage door is the same - but we had a little sticker shock when we were told how much it would be. We really didn't have time to call around for more quotes not knowing if they would have everything they needed as well as availability. We needed to get this done asap because we couldn't get our cars out of the garage. Now for the pros, there are several: The service, the friendliness of the person that came by for the repair, and the 7 year warranty make it all worth it though. Also, he came with everything he needed to fix our garage door and was punctual and polite.

I chatted with a support agent at 8:00 AM and at 10:30 AM a residential technician (Alex Eliopoulos) showed up to review my garage door situation. He gave me an acceptable estimate to install a garage door opener. The opener was installed by 4:00 PM. I could not be happier with Alex's professionalism and knowledge. And I like the opener too.
