I had an emergency repair on my overhead door. I was very impressed with the employee that came out. He was very knowledgeable, and in a matter of minutes he assured me the problem was not nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be. Tom, the employee, was very polite and he spoke highly of your company. He shared A story of a memorable moment that he had when he had worked for the company in Florida. Tom had the job completed in no time, and he checked the door a few times to ensure that it was functioning correctly. He is a great asset to your company! I was surprised of what I considered a low cost for the service call / repair also.

I saw your ad on TV. My garage door was not always closing the way its supposed to. Your repair man said it was probably 17 years old. I figured he was probably right. So its replaced with a quieter, more efficient one. I even had a wall mounted security control installed in case someone needs to get in like the police or fire dept. They can go in through the garage (if I remember to leave the back door unlocked.) My installer was friendly and efficient.

I called this morning and service man called and was at my home at appointed time. We decided to replace the opener completely. He programed all my remotes and both cars. Very good service neat and tidy. Payment and statements were all handled professionally. I would recommend this company in the future.

Precision was very responsive with rapid service and new unit installation. The door works well, is very quiet and the phone app for entry will be a positive for our family. Unfortunately I was unprepared for the 20% additional cost, or about $150, on the final invoice for a new track, fleet transportation and additional supplies. Apparently the verbal quote on which I made my decision was for the unit and openers only. It's unlikely I would have proceeded with the installation if I'd been made aware of the full cost as the initial service call fee is quite nominal; and costs from the onset were significantly higher than those provided by big box stores. It can be argued the Liftmaster is a better quality, and Precisions immediate and quality service is of value, but in the end the final cost was not disclosed prior to installation. Consumer bummer.

I really appreciate the professionalism and care given to me by your employees. The motor on my garage door opener (26 years old) finally died. You guys were able to come to my home the same day; explain to me what the problem was and outfit me with a new garage door opener that I was comfortable with. Your installer went over all of the features and warranty of my new opener and told me not to hesitate to call if I needed. Please pass on my sincere appreciation to your team.

Did not consider advertising. Got Precision's name via google. Tom was prompt and knowlegeable. He gave me a figure to replace my door opener. The new opener and necessary parts were in his truck. The job was done an hour or so later, only a few hours after my first call to Precison. The new opener works well. "Please let us know...." what? I give the job done and Tom 5s.

He replaced the spring and properly secured the open track back on the wall and lubed and adjusted the door. I hired Precision this time because several years ago the wire broke and someone from Precision came and fixed it. He was professional and I liked it. Since then I have hired other company/handyman to fix different problems. Now it was time to get a new garage door, my house is almost 30 years old, and I chose Precision and I am glad I did. They called me ahead and got here on time. They wore clean uniform and very polite. Their job was done without any debris. Friendly attitude and sincere. Ead arrived on time, diagnosed our problem - a broken spring that was installed 25 years ago in 1995 resulting in a broken cable. Ead professionally completed his work replacing both springs and installing new cables and ball bearings in a couple of hours. Thanks, Ead!!

I called Precision after finding a broken torsion spring and also because I suspected that the 18 year old door opener had kicked the bucket. My appointment was set and kept the same day. Tom Palmer was the technician who repaired the door and installed a new door opener. He answered all my questions thoroughly, gave me a clear cost estimate and got right to work after I gave the OK to proceed. Less than three hours later I had a perfectly functioning garage door. Tom explained how to operate things correctly and took away all the replaced materials. It's nice to find someone and a company that deserves a five star rating. In my case they earned it. Thanks.

Emily quoted me $64-$118 per torsion spring, installed (listen to your recorded call), no service fee if work was done. I repeated torsion springs a few times & wrote it all down. She also said the tech would give me the actual quote for everything needed, but $118 was the most for a torsion spring. Very surprised when it was $180 per torsion spring (w/discount).. I advised what Emily said, but was told that is for the regular springs on side & she must have thought I meant those. I made sure Emily knew it was torsion springs on top, I specifically asked several times. She checked again & said yes, the torsion springs on top. So 2 torsion springs and 3 bearings was $559.00, that was with $100 discount. Not even the best coated torsion springs, just the basic. I feel Emily deceived me. The tech was nice & knew what he was doing. Your people that make appointments should give actual prices when asked. I was caught off guard. Needed new rollers too but it would have costs $900. Given 3 stars because Emily was deceptive. People want to know ahead of time, an estimate. Imagine if I had been elderly & on a fixed income. Please train your phone staff to be more transparent.
