I want to thank Matt Eberly for a wonderful job well done. I originally called about a door opener problem and in his examination of the door and components he found some potential problems. He pointed out what he had found and the explained the probability of failure of said parts. He gave me a estimate of the costs. I agreed to the price and he set out to fix the problems. Honest, expert and professional service done in a timely manner. We were called fifteen minutes before their arrival (8:30 a.m.) which was early in the time period we were given (8 a.m.-noon). Not having to wait all morning for their arrival was really nice and much appreciated.

Tim Tomlinson did an excellent job of replacing a broken spring and other worn parts as well as doing a complete install of a new Genie Proseries Opener. Arrived on time and very professional. The spring broke at 2:45 this afternoon. After calling Precision, all repairs and new installation were completed by 5:45 this afternoon. Could not ask for better service.

Our garage door needed a new opener due to a power surge. The technicians arrived promptly at the agreed time. They checked out the motor and advised us on the best way forward. They gave us a variety of choices, but still informed us that the choices are all up to us. We went over pricing and I promise, there was no pressure. We got a far more quiet opener than we originally had. We spent a little bit more than we had planned, but it was well worth it. They did other servicing to make sure the garage door worked well.
