From the minute I called Precision the service has been phenomenal.You really want to do business with this company; honest, reliable, professional,and friendly. Oh and the price is reasonable. A garage door spring broke at 7pm last night. Precision sent a tech out within 1 hour who fixed everything quickly, did a great job, and cleaned everything up after he was done. Great, prompt, courteous and professional service - will definitely recommend.

I chose your company because (1) your ad in the yellow pages noted that you are a member of the BBB;(2) you provided a discount for seniors; AND(3)your service call fee was less expensive than another company I called. John, the Service Tech, explained the problem to me, gave prices for repair and a new opener, and explained the benefits of each option. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and completed the job in reasonable time. I will recommend your company to others.
