Our house is about 70 years old and the garage doors are likely the original ones. A few weeks ago, the day finally came when one of the door’s spring broke. Since it was so old, there was no way to repair it, so it needed replaced. It was also an unusual size so we needed it custom-built. Alex did our installation and it looks fantastic! We couldn’t be happier! He not only did a great install, but hauled away the old door, spring, and tracks. We will definitely be contacting Precision when the other door finally breaks :)

Precision employees provided services twice and both times they were excellent and knowledgeable. They throughly explained the problem and solution. They inspected garage door opener and garage door and related although they were old and would probably need to be replaced at some point. They replaced only the parts that needed replaced

En responded to our service call for a broken hinge on the existing door. He inspected the door and found a number of other issues that were causing noise and erratic movement. He provided a number of different options/price points to improve the operation of the door, including possibly installing a new door. He was very objective in his proposals and put no pressure on us to make a decision that day. We ultimately chose one of his options and he stayed late to complete the work the same day. We were very happy with the time En spent with us and would highly recommend En/Precision to anyone experiencing problems with their garage door/opener.

Superb service this morning! I called this morning, and my technician was at my house 30 minutes later! Dmitri did a quick assessment of my expressed problem and gave me options to fix the issue. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE BEWARE!!!... I had an issue with my motor in the opener. They came out and analyzed my issue and furnished 2 quotes $1900+ and $2300+ and then charged $49.95 service fee with a line item of $20 for transportation. I was not informed of a service fee up front and the tech did NOTHING except write an estimate. In review of their estimates, they hugely up-charged everything as I check on-line what I could by the parts for and quoted a discontinued opener. I had another company out and it was fixed for a total of $178 ... I've asked for a refund of the $49.95 Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!!

My garage door would not open. I called Precision and they told me someone would come out between 10-2. In about 30 min Dustin called and said he was on his way. He looked at the opening and pointed out the metal shavings and then unscrewed the opener and showed me how bad it really was. Ok so I asked what can you do to fix it and he said you need a new unit! I was loosing it and said how much?! He told me and I was in disbelief. I had no choice and he installed a new one. Thanks Dustin you did am amazing job. I would recommend!!

Our technician was Jason and he arrived at the scheduled time. He immediately inspected all the garage door components and made his recommendations. He addressed only the components he believed needed to be replaced and nothing more. He was very efficient and completed the job in the time promised. I would recommend both Precision Door and Jason for a quality job.

I had Precision Garage Door come out and look at my door spring that broke. They were very professional to deal with, however I found them to upsell everything to a point where I had to get additional quotes from others. Walker, the service technician was great! He explained everything really thoroughly and was extremely professional. He also helped me get my car out of the garage as part of the quote process. I am only placing 3 stars on here because of price - if your in a pickle and don't have the luxury of time, these folks can likely help you out. Based upon the pricing, I decided to get quotes and based upon the quotes I got from other providers, precision was higher in cost to do the same work. I was fair to Precision and got quotes apples to apples. I thought initially with having a single spring that Precision was trying to 'upsell' me on a two spring system, but in talking with a few other professionals, that is the recommended solution for the door repair. They aren't 'horrible people' or 'criminals' as some describe - they just seem to have a lot of overhead with their marketing efforts and that prices them a bit out of the market. I would gladly pay that price if their warranty was better or there was something that really made them stand out in their market. I hope my technician doesn't get into trouble by his superiors as a result of me passing on their service - it isn't his fault; I just realized it was too much to make an impulse decision on and needed to get additional quotes. Again - if you are in need at an odd time, these folks probably are a good choice; if you have time to get quotes, etc. - perhaps not.

Dustin came out at a moment’s notice after my garage door buckled and remained open. Not only did he fix the door completely, he identified and repaired a few other issues he noticed with the door, made it safe, made it stronger, and absolutely saved the day. I’ll be a repeat customer for sure!

Technician Walker was timely, honest, courteous, and explained to me exactly what the problem was, and what needed to be done. He did not care if I watched the job being preformed, and answered all my questions. I chose Precision because of advertisements I had seen on TV. I called to request a repair on my opener and was given an appointment and approximate price over the phone. Unfortunately the repair associate could not provide the spare part to repair due to the age of the opener. However he did give me some suggestions and a price for a commercial grade opener. I elected to replace myself with a residential model. I appreciated the honesty, discussion and no pressure sales approach. Since they could not repair, they did not charge the service call. I very much appreciate that integrity in service and doing the customer "right"! I will recommend any time for Precision. Thank you, Ben

Great service and fast. Danny Was professional, kind, personable, knowledgeable, and explained everything carefully and got to work immediately. Although not just a broken spring unfortunately, but after 21 years of wear, it made the costly repair understandable. It’s the cost of owning an older home and we will be using Precision for future garage door repairs, though hoping not anything soon!
