Friendly, knowledgeable technician. I had extensive problems and basically needed everything replaced. Though it was an expense most people don't want to have to deal with, I am really excited about my new setup and am extremely happy with the service and products. Within an hour of my call to Precision Door Service, a technician was at my home to fix my garage door. He was timely, friendly and fixed the problem very efficiently. He even showed me what caused the problem and how I can prevent the problem from happening in the future. The cost for labor and materials was very reasonable. Precision Door is the BEST!

This was my first experience with precision garage doors and it was Awesome ,John the technician that came out was super friendly knowledgeable quick and just made me feel at ease that he knew what he was doing and within no time after a year of torture with my garage door not working he fixed it in no time... I chose Precision from a long list of garage door service companies on the Internet because I liked the name. I also really liked your website. Allowing me to know who would be coming to my home ahead of time was a big relief. Tim arrived in a very timely manner and was able to fix the door within minutes. Hello, Your technician came to my mother’s condo this week. (Bea Moon). Her garage door opener appeared broken and needed help. My mother will be 95 years old this July and gets very worried when things break. I, her daughter Kathy Hall, called you because I had such a positive experience when I called you to fix my garage door opener. When I arrived at my mother’s house I noticed that your tech was already there. I went inside the condo and saw Mom talking to your representative. He told me that he could find nothing wrong—apparently the door had a “hiccup” and then needed to be reset after I had opened it with the release rope. He explained how the door works, how to reset the rope, how not to have a “hiccup” again, and how to know when a new opener is needed. THEN, he told us there was no charge!!! Now, how honest is that??? We WILL call you when we need a new opener, and we will spread kudos for your company throughout the condo complex. Best of all, my mother learned enough not to worry and was smiling ear to ear. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Kathy Hall Worthington, Ohio

This is my " ATTA BOY ", for the well done work preformed bu TOM, of Precision Garage Doors. This was my second time for needing repairs to my ohd, & they said they would send Tom back out, because he was here the first time. I appreciated that because he MAY remember certain things on my door. Tom is Always on time, very Professional in ALL aspects, friendly, polite & knows his stuff inside out. I called on a Sunday evening at 7:38 p.m and we were told serviceman would be there between 8-10. We received a call about 7:50 that technician was on way. I had used you before and was very pleased with my 5 STARS service. My service tech was on time, very nice, knew his stuff! He checked out the problem with the garage door and it wasn't as serious as I thought. Door had not been used since 2/9/2015, hadn't driven my car due to surgery. After a few tries it finally went up but would not come back down so I had to close it manually. Tom, I think that's his name had the problem solved in a few minutes. sprayed the hinges and other parts as well as checked out the spring, etc. Door was probably frozen to the ground when I first used it. I'm so glad I called because now it's not noisy going up and down. And if it happens again I'll know what to do. Thank you so much.

Eric arrived earlier than scheduled, which was very much appreciated, but called first. It was a routine spring repair, but he carefully inspected all components and explained what might need attention in the future; didn't push any unnecessary work. Very upfront with the cost estimate and preformed the work quickly. Great experience! I'd use the company again.
