Our technician was Patrick M. Technician showed up on time and was curious and friendly. I was a little surprised at the cost of the repair. But if it lasts as long as they claim it will, It will work itself out over time. My wife and I decided to go with Precision because of their TV commercials and they did not disappoint. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs their services.

Precision, as once before, provided super-fast, expert service, and a first-rate product. Great advice from the very professional technician and a careful installation that went above and beyond expectations. Precision's technical associate, Adam H., was immensely courteous, friendly, highly trained, and amazingly efficient. With Adam's patient guidance, my wife and I are confident that we made the right investment and chose the right company. Plus he also alerted us to the old, faulty rollers and was able to replace them on the same visit. In spite of the day's heat, he took pains to explain patiently all features and procedures at the end and to make sure that I was confident in operating the new garage door opener. If we could give 6 stars (or more), we would!

This is our 2nd/3rd house with a Precision Garage door. They did the sale/install/service on our two new garage doors in 2021/2022. Due to our builder not seeming to understand that 'flatwork' concrete under garage door is to be......flat :)..... it had a 1" bow/peak in middle. Precision adjusted the then new GD a few times and then installed an extra thick/large gasket at bottom to make it weather tight. Now, a year later, I finally had the concrete cut out and re poured to actually be flat but then needed the garage door to come down more/seal. Guy came out today was awesome, personable and adjusted it quickly but then also took the time to chat me through a few other things to keep my eye on. We were lucky to find Precision.

I chose to repair (and not replace) and was given excellent advice on how to get the most time out of the repair. I was VERY pleased with everything!

I was so beyond impressed and appreciate the service this company did for us. I called early afternoon today for a repair to our garage door. They were able to put me on the schedule for today. Gary (A) called me about 20 minutes later and was at our house 20 mins after that. He diagnosed the issue, gave me 2 repair options and fixed it, all within an hour or less. I have had good customer service from places in the past, but this has to be the best. Thank you so much Gary!! We are repeat customers and will definitely continue to be in the future.

I'm more than pleased with the repair and service PGD provided yesterday. The technician, James, was very professional with his assessment of what was needed and explaining what options were available. If my upcoming surgery wasn't in the way of some of the upgrade options, I would have done so. I did follow some of his recommendations for the repair. It cost more, but I have peace of mind that I won't have any more problems with the garage door. James is a pro, that's for sure. PDG may have cost a little more than other contractors, but their professionalism and attention to details was well worth the cost. I highly recommend them if you want the job done right the first time.

I had previously used Precision Door ton address an issue at my own house. This time it was at my daughter's house in German Village. Jason, the tech, was on time and quickly assessed the problem. Called at 130 pm - explained my problem. Dustin arrived little more than an hour later. Amazing service response. He quickly serviced door and corrected my problem.
