6/09/2023: From the original phone call when Michaela answered and set up my appointment, to the arrival of the tech (Adam) who performed the work, this experience was pleasant and professional. When Adam arrived, he was on time and outstanding with his knowledge, work ethic, and git-er-done attitude. From the start of his work to the completion – about five hours later – Adam was a very impressive worker. He had only positive things to say about the company (Precision) and never ran out of energy. He replaced two garage door openers and the wheels on both doors, ran new wiring, and set them both up to work perfectly. My wife and I are very pleased with the job that Adam did. He explained what needed to be done, got my permission to perform the work, then proceeded to do it, cleaning up after himself, checking and double-checking his work. I would rate this whole process as a 10 out of 5. Thank you for this opportunity to provide feedback.

This is the second time that we called Precision for an issue with our garage door and as the last time they came the same day and fixed our problem. The gentleman who came out was very nice and he did call about 20 minutes to let us know he was coming. I will always call Precision for any future needs!

I was extremely happy the way my issue was solved. The frontline associate listen to my problem very patiently, the technician showed up on time and gave me a call before coming. He checked my key pad and fixed it in minutes and did not even charge for the service. And that's it just like that.

Our garage door wasn’t working properly the last couple of days. Called Precision Overhead Garage Door,Sunday afternoon Memorial Day weekend. Spoke to Victoria, very nice lady with a pleasant voice. Explained the garage door situation to Victoria and she told me a technician could be at our place soon. His name is Patrick M. When Patrick arrived, he was very personable, looked over the garage door situation and explained what needed to be done to get the garage door running properly. Gave us an estimate and said he had all the parts on the truck and it would take about 2 hrs to complete. Patrick did a great job and we are very pleased with his work. Thank You

found out mid-day that I had broken springs on my door and immediately called to see if someone might be available to come out. Was given the standard 4 hour time frame that a technician might be available... NOT TODAY !! Patrick M arrived about 1.5 hours after our call an quickly gave us a report of what needed to be done along with a few other maintenance items and a quote for the work which we agreed with. Another short hour later Patrick had replaced the springs and completed the other maintenance items. Very professional and personable -- we certainly recommend Patrick M and Precision Garage Door.

The technician was very professional, indicated how my specific repair could be addressed, provided an assessment of additional improvements, and provided a complete itemized breakdown of the repair and improvement costs. I realized an additional door adjustment was needed, called the office who in turn notified the technician. The technician immediately returned to my home and made the adjustment. Impressed that a technician would come the same day I called & a schedule time of 6-10pm. Dustin was very knowledgeable and the light bulb that was flashing was due to it being a LED...the shorter stem made contact spotty. Very Impressed even with the original install & love the 7 year warranty

The previous homeowners had clearly installed my garage door by themselves, and incorrectly. After my garage door motor ripped itself out from the garage door, I called Precision for help. Dmitri came out and basically had to rebuild everything, minus the door itself! He was courteous, professional, walked me through everything that needed fixing before he started, and was able to get everything done same day! Fantastic service. Jason Daring was my garage door repairman. He was punctual and took care of every problem I was having with my door. He went above and be on just installing a garage door opener. He tightened all of the loose screws on my door, he tightened up things that I didn't even realize were loose. He explained the features of my opener and he cleaned up everything before he left. If I ever need work done on my door again, I will definatelly call Precision. I have already recommended them to my neighbor. Thanks You very much Precision
