My garage door was having issues for at least two years and my husband finally called Precision. David and Chaz came out and were very nice, friendly and helpful. David helped me understand what was wrong with the opener and the door. He quoted me for everything but made me feel like there was zero pressure to do anything. When i chose to fix the immediate problem he didn’t recommend or chastise me for only fixing the immediate problem. Gave me pointers on how to keep the door intact and told me to call if the door broke. I would highly recommend Precision. Thank you

I couldn’t be happier, they gave me a 4 hour window and they were actually there an hour earlier. The problem was diagnosed quickly and I was given options on what I wanted to do. The technician was Dmitri Sierra, he was so professional and very pleasant, he treated me with respect and explained things in detail then let me choose what I wanted to do. He had the problem fixed within and hour. I appreciated Dmitri and his demeanor with me, he was so polite. And they had the parts I needed in his van. Thank you if I have issues or need a new door I know who to call.

Our technician was Patrick M. Technician showed up on time and was curious and friendly. I was a little surprised at the cost of the repair. But if it lasts as long as they claim it will, It will work itself out over time. My wife and I decided to go with Precision because of their TV commercials and they did not disappoint. With Adam's patient guidance, my wife and I are confident that we made the right investment and chose the right company. Plus he also alerted us to the old, faulty rollers and was able to replace them on the same visit. In spite of the day's heat, he took pains to explain patiently all features and procedures at the end and to make sure that I was confident in operating the new garage door opener.
