My garage door was having issues for at least two years and my husband finally called Precision. David and Chaz came out and were very nice, friendly and helpful. David helped me understand what was wrong with the opener and the door. He quoted me for everything but made me feel like there was zero pressure to do anything. When i chose to fix the immediate problem he didn’t recommend or chastise me for only fixing the immediate problem. I couldn’t be happier, they gave me a 4 hour window and they were actually there an hour earlier. The problem was diagnosed quickly and I was given options on what I wanted to do. The technician was Dmitri Sierra, he was so professional and very pleasant, he treated me with respect and explained things in detail then let me choose what I wanted to do. He had the problem fixed within and hour. I appreciated Dmitri and his demeanor with me, he was so polite. And they had the parts I needed in his van.
