Gary Lemaster provided perfect service: he was friendly, prompt, very knowledgeable and informative. He replaced the key pad, springs, rollers in a very timely manner. I already referred a neighbor to Precision just hours after Gary completed the work. I highly recommend Precision Door Service!

We needed a new 16 foot rubber gasket along the bottom of the garage door. I called on a Friday afternoon and they said someone would arrive between 10 and 12 noon on Saturday. They quoted the price. The next day at 10:45 AM the tech arrived and in 30 minutes had completed the work. The billed price was as quoted... no surprises. I was very satisfied.

Very happy with your service. Our garage tension coil broke and we could not open the garage door to get our cars out. We called Precision at 7:30 AM. Not only did they answer the phone that early, they sent a tech over about 6 hours later. Jason was friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything before he did it. We ended up getting everything fixed that day and we’re able to use our cars by dinner time. Very fair price and good service. We would definitely use them again.

Good advertising on television. Then when you review their ratings they have a good reputation. Same day service is a plus. The equipment they carry is unbelievable. The experience of the technician is helpful. The fact that they offer veterans discounts is what seals the deal.

The Precision tech Walker responded to an after hours emergency. Walker called while on his way, arrived at the expected time. Our very old door system stopped working and I read good reviews of Precision. David and Rodney came out the day after my call. Both were nice guys and seemed knowledgeable. Everting was great starting with calling to set up appointment all the way to the installation. I never write reviews but I was so impressed with the service I received, I'm here to give you five stars! I arranged an appointment with a competitor--and had to schedule more than a week in advance. But no one showed up or called after I waited for two hours. Then I called Precision and they sent Dustin out later that same day. He was super nice and solved my problem without hassles or additional visits. I have already recommended Precision to my neighbors! Well done!
