He was personable, professional, and got to work so quickly! He was able to fix the motor to our garage in under an hour. I have a beautiful wood garage door but it had a motor way too small and all the hinges were old and frozen. When the door went up and down all shook and was noisy. James from Precision spent over 3 hours replacing all the old, noisy parts and now it runs smooth as silk. Love it!

Working with Precision Garage Door was really quick and easy. This morning we had Precision install a new Liftmaster garage door opener. Our serviceman Tom P. was knowledgeable, on time, courteous, and a delight with whom to work. He cleaned up well after he finished the installation, programmed our remotes, and explained how the opener inside the garage worked. This is the third time we have worked with Precision and each time, we were fully satisfied with the work. We recommend them without hesitation.

2 technicians came as scheduled to follow up on service done a few weeks ago. Of course, the door operated fine when they were here, but they searched, found a potential problem and fixed it. Warranty covered cost.

I was having problems with my door not opening. When I called, the person wasn't sure she could get someone out right away. But she checked, and said someone could get there about 4 PM. Derek Mason was there shortly after 4. He took his time checking everything, and discovered the problem was a leak, which caused the system short out when there was a heavy rain. He then spent 3 hours, fixing some other problems. I was impressed by how well he know his business. I know that if I have further problems, or decide to upgrade, I'll call Precision Garage Door....and ask for Derek!

My garage door broke on a Friday. I called Precision door because they advertised quick response time. I was given a time of 12:00 - 2:00. Tom the technican called me and was at my house with in a hour of me calling. Tom inspected what was going on with my garage door ands gave me a quote on fixing the problem. Tom had all the parts on his truck and had the door totally fixed. Tom was very friendly and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Precision door to anyone that needs a garage door fixed. Thanks Precision door for a quick response and Tom for fixing the door .

I called at 3, Adam H called at 4 to say he was on his way, arrived at 4:15 and finished at 7:15. He had to replace a broken spring, was concerned with stress points on weight bearing hinges, laid out my options with no high pressure. It was more than I expected to pay, but I was unaware of the safety issues that were happening. Springs were from 2011, so replaced what he suggested. Couldn’t be happier with the work, Adam was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about what was happening. I would call them back for future work - without hesitation. Well done.

I checked prices for garage door springs everywhere I could them. The most expensive I saw was 125 dollars for two. You people charged me 438 dollars each. Almost 1000 dollars to replace two garage door springs! You people should be ashamed of how much you charge. I will NEVER use your company again. The only good thing about the entire job was the friendliness of the gentlemen doing the work
