These guys are the best! Look no further if you need garage door repairs or brand new doors. They are reliable, professional, and knowledgeable! They arrived within an hour to fix my garage door and then helped me make and carry out a plan for new doors. They are great at what they do!

The Precision tech Walker responded to an after hours emergency. Walker called while on his way, arrived at the expected time. Walker was courteous, thorough and discussed his recommended repairs in a manner I could understand. Walker completed the repairs quickly. I highly recommend Precision and Walker.

Our very old door system stopped working and I read good reviews of Precision. David and Rodney came out the day after my call. Both were nice guys and seemed knowledgeable. In about 4 hours we had everything we needed to be back in business and into the 21st century. Nice guys, quick service, and an efficient process all around. I highly recommend.

Everting was great starting with calling to set up appointment all the way to the installation. I had a great experience with the service from Precision Door Service. Dustin showed up on time, checked all the hardware on the door, showed me what was broken and needed replaced. He was very polite and professional and the repair was done very expertly. He explained the warranty and made sure the door was working with all my remotes before he left.

Arrived home from work to a broken door spring and one car stuck inside! Double door, lifting out of question. Eleven year old system. Called Precision, tech En was out within the hour. Hours earlier than estimated wait, great. Could not have been easier to work with. Knowledgeable, pleasant, listened to what I expected at finish point. Upgraded us to battery backup opener. Was more than satisfied with the service and product offered. Highly recommend.

Very happy with your service. Our garage tension coil broke and we could not open the garage door to get our cars out. We called Precision at 7:30 AM. Not only did they answer the phone that early, they sent a tech over about 6 hours later. Jason was friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything before he did it. We ended up getting everything fixed that day and we’re able to use our cars by dinner time. Very fair price and good service. We would definitely use them again.
