We had 2 garage doors installed about a year ago by David S. He did a great job that lasted past 10 PM. Today I had an issue with one of them. David S came back, quickly assessed the problem & fixed it. On both these occasions he was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly & courteous. While my problem with my garage door being jammed was fixed, I feel I got ripped off having been charged $832 for an hour's work. The cost should reflect the difficulty of the problem based on what was done. The cost was based on all that could go wrong before even working on the door. I know there has to be an estimate, but the true cost should be adjusted fairly according to what was needed to be done.

One of the technicians from your company came to our home today, just to check the springs on our garage door and make sure all of the screws were tightened down. He was able to do everything we needed and then some. Charles Francis Love was that technician, and he was amazing! Very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He did way more than was expected. I chose Precision because I used them previously for a garage door installation. They were professional, courteous, responsive, and knowledgeable. This time around the weather stripping was coming undone on the underside of the garage. Joshua came out when expected, and provided the same great level of service as my previous encounter. Mr. Morales, What a wonderful first-time experience it was with Precision Garage Door Service. My garage door belt broke. Ugh! I have a home warranty, and although they may have taken my service call, they would not have sent someone out the same day to fix it...especially on a Sunday & Mother's Day - no way. Plus, I would have had to take off work during the week, waiting for a tech to come out - hoping they knew what they were doing - which is not always the case. Even though I had to pay out of pocket for the repair since I didn't go through my home warranty first, it was totally worth it to have it fixed and done right. Joshua M. was the "answer to my prayer" repair service technician. He did your company proud! He was very courteous, professional in both appearance and attitude, friendly, knowledgeable, answered any questions/concerns that I had, and got my garage door up and running and the unit light covers put back on. He truly represents what customer service should be. No one likes to have their garage door break down, right? But if it does, it's great to have a local company like PGDS to call. Dustin arrived at our home aprox 1 and a half hours after calling or chatting with Precision doors. Dustin performed a very excellent job. He explained every thing he did. He put new hardware in a 30 year door. New high cycle springs and new side rollers and end bearing caps and center bearing. Did a complete adjustment of the door and it is well balanced. the old side rollers were very worn. You have a very great company

I am super pleased by the service I received. My garage door has never been more smooth or quiet even when it was new. David was able to replace several parts, tighten loose rails, and lubricate all the components throughout the assembly. While my initial concern (several broken hinges) was not urgent, they were able to get me scheduled in the same afternoon I called. I will definitely be using Precision again.

Adam did a great job of repairing the garage door gasket. He also suggested a new entry programmer that was the same brand as the opener. He also adjusted the tension on my single car door so it stays up securely. All in all I couldn't be more pleased with Precision and Adam the technician all very professional. Tom came and together we assessed some options for a new opener. I initially suggested a Jackshaft, which Tom agreed would be a good decision, but went over less-expensive options. After determining that a Jackshaft would be optimal for the way my home was constructed, he quickly and efficiently installed my new Genie 6170H-B Jackshaft. After installation, he went over the details on how the opener operates, and made sure I was comfortable with everything. He cleaned up everything he brought into my garage, including my old opener. Extremely impressed with the professionalism Tom showed, which has been the standard every time I've had the need to work with Precision. Walker was a friendly knowledgeable service tech! I chose Precision Garage Door company from a recommendation from a friend. My old garage door opener stopped working with the remote, and since it was almost 50 years old, it was unable to be repaired. Walker was able to give me a competitive price and do the work immediately. The new motor is much quieter and I'm sure the outside panel will come in handy! I'm very satisfied!
