The response was quicker than I expected. I was contacted by Derek within a few minutes that he was on the way to help me. He was very professional upon arrival, making sure to follow company policy. He did a very good inspection of the problem explaining to me what he thought would work and got my approval to correct the problem. Although i think the price was a little high, Darek did a very good job on my project. I assured him i would call him the next time i needed a door fix. I was unable to list all the parts used for the repairs purchased.

My garage door wouldn’t open so I needed a repair asap. Technician came 90 mins after I called. Work took approx 1 hour (broken spring and a few minor repairs). He was very knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. Garage door repairs are expensive but it was well done with a great warranty.

The chain came off our garage door opener so it was determined we needed a new one. Gary was very helpful - he explained all of our options and we decided to go with w new opener and everything that goes with it.
