Gary was beyond incredible. He was extremely personable and explained everything so well. It was clear from the moment he started looking that he was an expert, and he was basically able to tell us our garage door history just from looking at the parts. My garage door wouldn’t open so I needed a repair asap. Technician came 90 mins after I called. Work took approx 1 hour (broken spring and a few minor repairs). He was very knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. Garage door repairs are expensive but it was well done with a great warranty.

The chain came off our garage door opener so it was determined we needed a new one. Gary was very helpful - he explained all of our options and we decided to go with w new opener and everything that goes with it.
