I needed work on two garage doors, after another central Ohio company went out of business leaving me with no alternatives for warranty work. Joshua was very professional and explained everything to me clearly. He was very detailed and understanding in regards to my financial concerns. After we went over some possible scenarios, I was able to make an informed decision based off of honest feedback. Would highly recommend precision garage door to family and friends. The work that was completed was done, timely, and within my budget constraints.

As it turned out, my 26 year garage door opener only had a hiccup and the technician was able to do a reset and had it operating in minutes. There was no charge for this, how nice! I had him give me estimates for new equipment and I will have Precision install it when my old opener fails again. This is a fine company.

We have been doing business with this company since last year, when they installed a new door opener. Yesterday the door was not staying up after being opened and then ended up going down all on its own. Then it worked fine a couple times. The next morning the door would not go up. I called the office and they sent someone out -- Derek -- right away. He detailed the issues very clearly and we made an agreement about what to fix. He spent the afternoon on this old garage door installing replacement parts that had probably never been changed for decades. He was very polite and efficient. Everything is working now! Many things were replaced, not just the springs, but I'm only able to select one service.

The two gentlemen who came were so professional and very friendly! I couldn't have asked for better people to come to my home. They advised me that what they did may not fix everything, but it will do for right now. I was extremely happy with the service.

I will only use Precision. I have an older 18' garage door that has needed some general maintenence and a couple of small repairs. The technicians are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and never pressure you for product and services. Their customer service is top notch. Jules asked me the appropriate questions, listened to what I needed and got me scheduled for the same day. Great company.

Great experience. David Crowe, one of your senior technicians, is simply fantastic. Precision Door installed a "high lift" on our garage door to move the tracks and opener higher so I can put a lift in that bay and store 2 cars there. Great guy, excellent installation, overall fantastic service. Highly recommended. I'd use David Crowe and Precision Garage Door again ANY TIME...!

I love the quick service, but I am still having issues opening and closing the garage door, the unit is only 3 years old, and service has been out multiple times. I need to call once again for the same issue.

Our technician, Adam, thoroughly inspected our garage door. He caught rust issues that the competition missed. He was very knowledgeable and patiently explained the issues with our 40 yr old door. The cost was reasonable for the repairs that were needed. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

They came early and were done in two hours. They offered some maintenance suggestions. It was more money than I expected, but I haven’t had any garage door work done in 10 years. I would recommend Precision to others. Thanks,

I saw Precision advertisement on local media and thought I would call for service to determine preesentation and customer service manerism. I was pleased with Tim's phone call to alert me of time expected to arrive, presentation mannerism, job assessments and detailed explanations to resolve issues. Tim further suggested possible future issues to look for which would be to consider assessing. I will definitely call Precision for future services. Thank you Tim.

I have used Precision Garage Door in the past for service. I find the technician to be knowledgeable and straight forward. I don't feel that they are trying to oversell me with parts and added services I don't need.
