I received service yesterday from David Hejduk. I knew how grateful I was upon his arrival. From start to finish he was so professional, kind & passionate about his line of business. If I needed information about why and how he came to know what he thought was the problem with my garage door. I really appreciated the time I was able to share with David in my home. Not many people have that type of effect on me. I am a retired nurse & I have taken care of thousands of people and I can read a person within 10 seconds of being around me. I had a new garage door installed last year. All the technicians that had come to my house were friendly and knowledgeable. Work was done timely. Recently called due to garage door not opening from inside or if opened not closing. Someone came out that same day to look at the problem. Ended up being a minor fix and appreciated the quick response. Above all, the technician was outstanding. Dealt with me fairly and had good character!

The Precision tech arrived within 15 minutes of my call and was incredible! Adam was committed to solving the issue which was complicated by my door not having the correct springs for the size and weight of the door. The added weight was due to extra support struts put on by the company 4 years ago, and it turns out the springs should have been addressed at that time. After trying to get the tension right for a long time, Adam spoke to his boss who said "make it right" and provided a new spring system at no additional cost to me. Not only was Adam committed to fixing my door, but the company stood up and made right on an oversight from four years ago. THAT is incredible customer service!

We had 2 garage doors installed about a year ago by David S. He did a great job that lasted past 10 PM. Today I had an issue with one of them. While my problem with my garage door being jammed was fixed, I feel I got ripped off having been charged $832 for an hour's work. The cost should reflect the difficulty of the problem based on what was done. The cost was based on all that could go wrong before even working on the door. I know there has to be an estimate, but the true cost should be adjusted fairly according to what was needed to be done.

One of the technicians from your company came to our home today, just to check the springs on our garage door and make sure all of the screws were tightened down. He was able to do everything we needed and then some. Charles Francis Love was that technician, and he was amazing! Very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He did way more than was expected. I chose Precision because I used them previously for a garage door installation. They were professional, courteous, responsive, and knowledgeable. This time around the weather stripping was coming undone on the underside of the garage. Joshua came out when expected, and provided the same great level of service as my previous encounter. Joshua can completed the work quickly and explained everything he did. I would recommend.
