Precision arrived at my home within 2 hours of my initial call. The tech (Trevor Derifield) was able to diagnose the the issue with my opener, gave me my options, and replaced my 24 year opener in about 2 hours. He also inspected the door and tightened and lubricated the hardware. He was polite, knowledgeable, efficient and very engaging. I could tell he enjoyed his job and took pride in the service he was providing. When it comes time to replace the door, I will call Precision and ask for Trevor.

I had Tom Palmer come out to see why my door occasionally would not go down when the opener was activated. He fairly quickly determined the problem, explained it to me, showed me pictures of where the opener was damaged and wrote me an estimate of what the repairs would cost. Once I agreed, he then said he could do it right then. In two hours I had a nice new opener, touchpad and remotes, along with new springs and a wooden brace base. Tim came out at the beginning of my appointment window and did a thorough evaluation of the issue and presented the different options that could help solve my issue.
