great experience. Spring broke at 11:30 AM and had a service guy at the house at the 3:30. The service tech Tom was very professional with me. Inspected the whole door and explained what exactly what needed done to make the repair. When he was done he showed me everything he replaced and everything he lubed . The door is running very smooth now. My wife even noticed how nice it opened

Andrew installed a new garage door opener for me. Andrew was helpful, courteous and efficient. He answered all of my questions as well as helping to pair my car remote with the new opener. I would highly recommend Andrew. The company ( I have used Precision before) has a very good employee in Andrew. I certainly would give him a 5 star recommendation.

This is the second time I have called Precision to deal with my garage door, the first time years ago. I was hoping it could be repaired today and was happy to hear someone would be out between noon and 4. I was elated when Tom called and said he would be at my house in about 20 minutes—not even 30 minutes after my initial call! He repaired it in about 20 minutes and also greased it and was very kind. Hopefully the door will be working a long time, but if and when it breaks again I will definitely be calling Precision!

Response to my need of spring replacement was quick - same day as called. Technical- Scott was great. He explained in detail what was wrong and how to fix. He checked not only the springs but also the whole system. He gave me options. He performed the work quickly. Friendly, courteous and professional. Precision Garage Door Service is now on my 'call the guy' list of service and repairmen!
