When Joe arrived onsite, he was able to diagnose the problem and had it fixed very quickly! This is the type of service that will keep me using them with any issues in the future! Simply great experience with Cameron, and I'm certain to keep coming back. I was charged $5200.00 to replace broken spring and 10 year old opener. It's an old wooden door and tech did fix old parts but this is ridiculous. I requested talk with team with chat bot. Please help me understand why I shouldn't take you to court. Friends have had springs replaced for $200-$300. Maybe the opener need to be replaced for maybe 2K$. I'm sure the work was well done and it works well but this cost way too much. Friends recommended you but I can't after this experience. All I really wanted was to get door open and my wife's car out. I just came from a friends funeral and was not prepared for the sales pitch.

Bought a garage door "kit" from a big box store. It was good for about six months before the trash mechanical parts, spring, bar, rollers, cables went to hell. Door tech mechanic, installer, or what ever his job title is Malachi came out and replaced the trash parts with a proper sized spring for the door and to replace the upper workings of the door. Can't be happier, works as it should and should last for many years to come. Request this young fella as Malachi is a top notch worker and employee!

With the power knocked out during the windstorm on 3/13, I quickly found out that the garage door spring had broken and I was not able to lift the door. Being the weekend, I was pleasantly surprised to schedule a repair for that Sunday! The techician Dylan came out and did a quick but thorough inspection of the problem and got us back in working order in no time. Additionally, he repaired a couple of items that he discovered after he started the work and did not charge us since I had already agreed to the scope of work. I was very impressed with Dylan and Precision Door! The door works as if it was new and just installed! Thank you.

Cameron came on Saturday during the weekend due to our garage door cannot close. He is the best technician, and very professional and skillful in fixing our garage door. He also identified a potential belt issue with the other garage door. When replacing multi products from springs, motor, belts even screws, he clearly explained why the problems occurred provided solutions. Precision Garage Door - 03/25/2026 Thanks to Precision Garage Door for work done on my garage door on 3/25/2026. I called around 11am and technician Derek Mason was at my house at 12:30 pm. Derek fixed the immediate problem (broken spring) and did routine maintenance service on the entire door. Because the door opener was very old and poorly maintained, I purchased a new belt driven door opener. I appreciated the quick response, courtesy, professional, and efficient service.
