Matt Eberly did an awesome job! I had a spring break on one of my garage doors. The garage door opener was just a couple of years old. He replaced the whole system (minus the opener) in about an hour. Everything works as it should now. He came out last April for a different garage door. Replaced the entire system including the opener. Did a really awesome job both times!! Keep up the awesome!

Precision replaced all the hardware in July 2025. My call for maintenance was caused by the door moving very slowly and lights not coming on. The repairman was courteous and efficient. And the service was on Sunday. Excellent service.

I required a Saturday night visit after my garage door was damaged and the door would not close. The technician called to let me know he was 18 minutes away. He arrived, very professional in his manner and indicated he would assess the damage. Following his survey, he put the results into a quote with a senior discount that I approved.
