Technician was very knowledgeable and provided useful information to help decide what type of spring to install. Also lubricated all joints and rollers as well as advice on keeping wood door in good condition. on time for appointment, and performed work quickly and cleaned up!

Great service and easy to deal with. I have asked for my final invoice twice, which was supposed to be sent to my email address & have still not received one. i waited to do the review hoping to receive it, but a day and 1/2 later, still nothing. would give you higher stars for the service but the billing is part of it.

Jonathon was very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He didn't just talk but pointed out the areas that needed to be fixed and why. When we agreed to his recommendations he went right to work instead of making an appointment to return on another day.

The entire experience was amazing...except for the reason I had to call for assistance. The folks answering the phone were pleasant, compassionate, and so helpful. i called late afternoon and was promised assistance that same evening. However, the technician came an hour earlier than the initial starting time for the appointment! My door was completely off track, dented, rollers all over the garage floor and resting on the top of the bars on the roof of my car. David was incredible!!! He secured the door so he could lift it and I could exit the garage. He then did all necessary repairs. I couldn't be more pleased not only with his work, but his attitude and politeness. In a little over an hour I had a functioning garage door! I will surely recommend Precision Garage Door Service!

I was scheduled the same day I called. I had a problem with a door opener Precision had installed last summer. The technician arrived on time and fixed the sensor that had been slightly bent. He also checked and oiled the chain. I needed an extra opener which he had on his truck. He was polite and professional, and finished up quickly. I would definitely recommend Precision Door to anyone.

We are so grateful to Sarah and Dimitri from Precision Door. First Sarah contacted us when she heard about the damage to our door. She met our schedule and met with us at a convenient time for us. She helped us pick the product we needed and scheduled the work the very next morning. Dimitri, called, arrived on time and worked diligently in the cold to get the door done efficiently and expertly. My Mother is elderly and everyone was kind and patient with her, explaining the process and working in times that suited her schedule. We will always recommend Precision Door!

Andrew called about 15 min before arrival and was so pleasant to meet. He explained what he was going to do before looking to see what the issue was with my door. Fortunately it was nothing major BUT explained what the issue was and what to do if it could occur again (weather related) as well as suggested maintenance tips to keep my door/opener running smoothly. With plans to replace the door in the spring/summer I will definitely call Precision Door bc the ease in booking my appointment, timely response and customer service was excellent!

The scheduler was helpful giving several options for times of repair. Patrick "Conner" Mulligan was our repair person. He called ahead and was prompt. He explained what needed to be repaired and why. He carefully repaired the garage door; it was much quieter than before. I would recommend both Patrick and Precision for garage door repair. One minor detail: he forgot the paper coupon for a Free Service Call, but he did include the discount in the final charges.

Amazingly came out on New Years Day when my garage door malfunctioned. Ended up having to replace most of the old, rusted parts which was costly, but was told that I didn't need a new garage door which did save me money. To the person's credit, he did fix the problem with the door bottom which had worn away over time. Appreciated the quick service. The gentleman who came to fix the garage was pleasant, informative and quick in fixing the problem Not cheap, but he did replace a lot ...so Im sure it was appropriate

I am so thankful for the extremely quick service - I called this morning at about 10:30 & my garage door is already repaired - especially today being a holiday- New Years Day. We had a spring break on our garage door. I immediately got on their website and made a same day appointment. The technician who came was Mohammed, "Mo" and he couldn't have been nicer. He was extremely professional, friendly and resolved our issue within a short time frame. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone who asks. You honestly could not get any better than them. We are very, very satisfied.

James was very nice and courteous. At first he was confused like I was when we opened the door. Doesnt act right when its cold..Makes a lot of noise. Tends to open normally afterwards. Will have to keep an eye on it if breaks. Will call back. At least I know what to look for if it does. I appreciate him checking it out.

great experience. Spring broke at 11:30 AM and had a service guy at the house at the 3:30. The service tech Tom was very professional with me. Inspected the whole door and explained what exactly what needed done to make the repair. When he was done he showed me everything he replaced and everything he lubed . The door is running very smooth now. My wife even noticed how nice it opened
