Carlos was the Precision Garage Door - Service Representative - who helped resolve the issue when my garage door opener would not open, and I could not travel to an appointment, because my car was in the garage. I tried several methods, but no success. Carlos showed up. His Customer Care Skills were THE BEST! He was empathetic. .He was skillful in his diagnosis of the issue - the garage door was frozen to an ice-form in my driveway. He resolved the situation...and...he conducted a Maintenance check of the garage door opener devise. I Give Carlos the Highest Rating.

The service tech was excellent, knowledgeable and Friendly. However, $249.95 for a remote Keypad was an outrages price for an item I could've paid $25 to $50 online. Other than that Iwould've given 5 Stars.

Zach (awesome guy) my technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He came out (on time) the same day I called for service. He took the time to explain (I was shown the damage parts of my garage door and the good replacement parts) the repairs in layman's terms with pricing (this included labor and tax). Pricing is very very reasonable with same day service. He even provided me a garage door check up list (parts that has failed, parts that still have some life left in them, and upgraded parts). This tool gives me the confidence to make the right decision for me and my budget. Thanks a bunch! You guys rock!

The service rep who came out did a good job, with some follow up questions on my part on how to prevent my issue from reappearing. I was disappointed that the person I spoke to ti made the appointment failed to disclose that your minimum fee for coming out was $200.

I thought I was looking at a new chain or a spring replacement but after I explained to David, your service tech the problem he simply went to the opener and made the needed adjustments. I started to pull out my card for payment and he said it wouldn't be any charge. I told him how much I appreciated him coming out because I thought it's rarely to get this type of customer service today. You have a future customer. Bobbie W.

I chose Precision because I had a positive experience back in 2015 and they didn’t disappoint in 2026. David Morgan came out today and exceeded every expectation I think a customer could possibly have. I am very happy with the timely response, his knowledge, and how personable he was. He made sure all of my questions were answered and completed the job a lot faster than I had imagined. I think Precision is lucky to have David Morgan representing the company and anyone who needs help with their garage door should definitely give them a call. Solid company!

Mr. Bryant did a quick and thorough job resetting and lubricating my garage door, which had become hung, misaligned, and unbalanced. They arrived within the hour, and the entire repair took only about 45 minutes. He put a cable back on the pulley, lubricated all the moving parts, reset a frozen and aging spring, and properly re-seated all the rollers. He also took the time to show me how to reprogram the remote, which I appreciated. What stood out most was that he clearly explained what caused the problem, pointed out areas where future issues might arise due to age and wear, and suggested practical solutions going forward. He was professional, straightforward, and did not try to upsell or pressure me into unnecessary repairs. The cost was very reasonable at $360, and they even offered a teacher discount. Fast response, knowledgeable service, and honest work. I would absolutely use them again.

Your technician was respectful and polite. Your pricing is exorbitant, you advertise no service fee but charge a $20 fleet transportation fee that is not disclosed upfront. I asked for the most valued opener, was presented with 2128H, manufacturers warranty of 10 years you offered a 1 year warranty, wi-fi capable apparently, this was not offered to me and instead charged $69.99 for a 2nd remote. Surge protector price was $19.99. My charge was over $800! I feel taken advantage of!

We have a Precision’s Door instal our unit a few years age. Today I called in very cold weather when I could get my door to stay shut with the remote. I appreciated the quick response and the friendly service tech. He adjusted my door in a few minutes and left with no charge. I would recommend Precision Door if you need a new system. I have no problem with the work performed and the valuable information behind it all. However, after the work was performed and paid for, the very next day I get an email from you with a $75 off coupon that could've been used on this job or at least it would've been nice had that been on your website. Not sure why I received the coupon after I paid with no coupon/discount applied, which would've been nice and probably keep me as customer. Considering there's other work I may have to get done, and I've used you plenty in the past, in the future I may have to consider looking at other vendors now.

Matt very quickly diagnosed problem of why 1 roller had popped out of track and did the necessary repair. All in 10 minutes with no charge. Works as smoothly as new. He was the same technician who retuned the system 2+ years ago. I highly recommend Pecision and Matt. DJ
