Absolutely positive experience. So easy to schedule an appointment online. Technician arrived on time and went right away to examine garage door. Was able to conclude there were other issues that could be repaired along with the springs. No pressure to spend additional money. Technician was pleasant and had good communication skills. Would definitely recommend

Tom came out to give us an estimate on repairing the mechanisms on our very old garage door. The working parts needed to be replaced. He returned with Joseph that afternoon and worked very late to complete the job. A few days later, David came over to trim the rubber strip on the bottom of the door which was rubbing on the side of the garage. All the technicians were friendly, professional and very helpful. We are very pleased with the results. We were so used to a noisy garage door that my husband couldn't believe that the door was actually working as it was so quiet!

Walker, the technician, was here an hour after we called. Nice guy, he found the issue quickly and fixed it. Overall, something like 3 hours between call and problem resolution. Much appreciated. Would recommend Precision Garage Door of Columbus.

We had a great experience. A spring broke on our garage door and I was able to easily schedule an appointment for the next day using the online scheduler. Tony came out the next morning and did a fantastic job of fixing the problem quickly and also giving guidance on the overall state of our garage doors. I'd absolutely recommend him to others.

We made an appointment and a technician was able to come out within a day. Tim was incredibly helpful!! He gave an in-depth explanation of what was causing the problem, where the fixes could be made, and options on solutions to those problems. He installed the new system on the same day and gave a detailed walk through of everything afterwards. Everything was very quick and efficient. He was extremely kind and knowledgable while also providing reassurance that Precision could help, should any issues arise. Couldn’t ask for better service!

Walker was awesome! Very informative and easy to talk to! We actually figured out we grew up around the same area! He did a great job walking me through the issue, helping me understand my options with a detailed estimate, completed the work quickly and efficiently and walked me though the set up of the new garage opener at the end! I would recommend again!

Your company came out four years ago and installed a garage door opener, which we couldn’t be more happy with. Last night on New Year’s Eve the spring broke (unrelated to the opener). I took a chance and called on New Year’s Day and was pleasantly surprised someone answered. The technicians came out right away and did a fantastic job! Hats off to Tom and Malachi!! I will be recommending your company and services to everyone I know…. Thank You Again and have a Happy New Year!!!

Tom arrived right on time. He quickly analyzed the problem and installed a new spring, three bearings and new cables. It was a bitterly cold morning! The door works perfectly. Thanks for the good service.

This is without doubt, one of the most professional crew that I have enjoyed to have going a job for me. I see why they are called precision because they are outstanding and very precise and everything that they do. Dimitri Sierra did the installation of my new garage door and he did a great job. The sales person was Sarah Crow and we were very impressed with her.

On Dec. 19 Bradley Bryant came out to help us with an on-going issue we have been having the garage door keypad. The last rep. wasn't very helpful and this keypad was causing major problems for my family. Bradley showed up and I explained what the problem was and he went right to work and solve the problem in a matter of minutes. Our family can't thank Precision and Bradley enough for finally taking care of this issue for us. If Precision continues to have employees like Bradley, I will always recommend Precision as the garage doors of 1st choice to anyone. I actually recommended Precision already to my neighbor who was having garage door issues.

Cameron and Joe arrived and left on time, clearly laid out our options for our repair/replacement, and even advised us on how to maintain the new system once installed. They did it all with smiles on their faces, on one of the coldest days of the year. Professional to the core. Would hire again in a minute.

Above and beyond troubleshooting my issue. He greased everything or sprayed lubed it and he replaced my manual button opener. It had a seven year warranty so he replaced that so everything is great. It runs smoothly. You’ve always got me as a customer. Thank you so much. Christy Dougan

The day started off on the wrong foot. Springs broke so the door could not be opened. Called and a technician was there before I got off the phone explaining to my job I was going to have to work from home. James Damron handled everything from start to finish. Just needed to brief me on the estimate, and got to work. I did not know when he was done and tested it a few times. The new LiftMaster garage door opener is whisper quiet and opens the door 3X faster. I could have went to work when he was done, but decided to stay home and program my new toy. Very happy with everything.

I highly recommend them. Booking the appt online was quick and easy. It was nice to do that on Christmas Day and have the door fixed the next morning. Awesome technician!
