Gary was beyond incredible. He was extremely personable and explained everything so well. It was clear from the moment he started looking that he was an expert, and he was basically able to tell us our garage door history just from looking at the parts. He made sure we fixed exactly what we wanted in our price range, and that we understood all the new features with our new opener. He also made sure we understood the maintaince we should be doing forward and how to reach out with more questions. I truly wish there was someone like Gary for every home repair we needed.

We chose Precision Garage Door to replace our door 3 years ago. Whenever we have called with a question or issue, their service is unbelievable. We had a very knowledgeably technician come to our house to help us reprogram our remote opener. David was a delight to work with! The technicians did a wonderful job of repairing our broken garage door. It has been giving us trouble for a while, up to the point where it totally quit working. My garage door wouldn’t open so I needed a repair asap. Technician came 90 mins after I called. Work took approx 1 hour (broken spring and a few minor repairs). He was very knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. Garage door repairs are expensive but it was well done with a great warranty.

The chain came off our garage door opener so it was determined we needed a new one. He made sure I was fully aware of the conditions of my garage door, what might have caused the break, and other conditions that could have caused the break. Gary was friendly, courteous, and professional. He also pointed out from a previous repair what could have been avoided if done properly. Quality and reliability are just as important to me as cost.
