Customer service and satisfaction is top priority for Precision Garage Door of Columbus. Scheduling the free consultation online was quick and easy. When the tech arrived, he could see that my vehicles were stuck inside my garage. He made it his mission was to put the broken garage door back on track so that we could not only get our cars out, but also be able to close the garage door to secure the garage again--at no charge. He waited to discuss an estimate until after this task was completed. Then he listened to my concerns and showed me a sample of a door. It was much better quality than one I was looking at in a big box store, and it has a lifetime warranty, unlike the other one. Additionally, they were able to install it before Thanksgiving whereas the other place said it would be after Thanksgiving. The cost difference was only $400 between the two, and so it was really a no-brainer for me. More than anything else, it was the genuine care and concern expressed by the tech--not only in words, but also in action that quickly built rapport and trust. I also learned that the majority of their employees are Veterans. As a Veteran myself, that's very important to me. I highly recommend.

I realized my garage door was broken ,when I got home from work,Brad was there almost within the hour,Precision is the 911 of emergency repair, very knowledgeable, showed me everything recommended after inspection, fixed all of the issues within an hour or 2 and door works perfectly, I will let the condo association ( which my neighbor is on the board and she has an issue with her garage door, how Precision, Brad and his helper was) thanks again guys

Our garage door broke down early morning on a Sunday. One of the door cables had broken and the door was angled and frozen in place. I have used Precision before and contacted them to get service on the door. The customer service attendant was very pleasant and efficient in understanding my issue. She got a technician dispatched and had the tech out to my home within two hours of my call on a Sunday. The tech analyzed the problem, fixed the problem, and had my door fixed in 90 minutes. A very good overall experience. I will contact Precision for future door issues.

Useless. Tech tried to sell us a new opener, which he wouldn't have for "at least 2 weeks" and did zero troubleshooting. Maintenance department found a loose sensor wire in panel and got door up and going again.

Thank you for sending Pat Mulligan to perform a preventative maintenance on our garage door. He was timely and knew what he was talking about. The only problem determined was that the door was sticking upon opening. He suggested what cleaning method to be done to get rid of the problem. He then reviewed how to determine when maintenance was needed and gave me his card. As promised on the phone, if no work was needed then the call was free.
