Yes you did meet our expectations. Yes you solved our problem. The gentleman's name was James he had called earlier ask if if was ok to come out I said yes, he was very friendly and knew what he was doing and had the job done before no time. Talked to my husband and i couldn't ask for a nicer person. We had used your company before and had no problems. We would recommend Precision Garage Door to our friends and neigbors. They were able to come look at my door right away. Josh the technician was prompt and professional, and went over what might go wrong with our door in the future. Cost was much less than expected, and door was able to be repaired same day. Hold music was so cringe worthy I almost hung up, glad I didn't.

The Precision tech arrived within 15 minutes of my call and was incredible! Adam was committed to solving the issue which was complicated by my door not having the correct springs for the size and weight of the door. The added weight was due to extra support struts put on by the company 4 years ago, and it turns out the springs should have been addressed at that time. After trying to get the tension right for a long time, Adam spoke to his boss who said "make it right" and provided a new spring system at no additional cost to me. Not only was Adam committed to fixing my door, but the company stood up and made right on an oversight from four years ago. THAT is incredible customer service!

We had 2 garage doors installed about a year ago by David S. He did a great job that lasted past 10 PM. Today I had an issue with one of them. David S came back, quickly assessed the problem & fixed it. On both these occasions he was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly & courteous. While my problem with my garage door being jammed was fixed, I feel I got ripped off having been charged $832 for an hour's work. The cost should reflect the difficulty of the problem based on what was done. The cost was based on all that could go wrong before even working on the door. I know there has to be an estimate, but the true cost should be adjusted fairly according to what was needed to be done.

One of the technicians from your company came to our home today, just to check the springs on our garage door and make sure all of the screws were tightened down. He was able to do everything we needed and then some. Charles Francis Love was that technician, and he was amazing! Very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He did way more than was expected. Our garage door is awesome now! You did a wonderful job Mr. Love! Thank you!! We will definitely be recommending and using Precision for ALL of our garage door needs!

I chose Precision because I used them previously for a garage door installation. They were professional, courteous, responsive, and knowledgeable. This time around the weather stripping was coming undone on the underside of the garage. Joshua came out when expected, and provided the same great level of service as my previous encounter. Mr. Morales, What a wonderful first-time experience it was with Precision Garage Door Service. My garage door belt broke. Ugh! I have a home warranty, and although they may have taken my service call, they would not have sent someone out the same day to fix it...especially on a Sunday & Mother's Day - no way. Plus, I would have had to take off work during the week, waiting for a tech to come out - hoping they knew what they were doing - which is not always the case. Even though I had to pay out of pocket for the repair since I didn't go through my home warranty first, it was totally worth it to have it fixed and done right. Joshua M. was the "answer to my prayer" repair service technician. He did your company proud! He was very courteous, professional in both appearance and attitude, friendly, knowledgeable, answered any questions/concerns that I had, and got my garage door up and running and the unit light covers put back on. He truly represents what customer service should be. No one likes to have their garage door break down, right? But if it does, it's great to have a local company like PGDS to call. From my experience, what your commercials portray your company to be is actually what it is! Keep up the great quality work you do! God bless you and your staff.

Great experience with Precision! It was so easy to set my appointment online. I received a call from the office on the day of service and from the tech when he was on his way. Dustin arrived at our home aprox 1 and a half hours after calling or chatting with Precision doors. Dustin performed a very excellent job. He explained every thing he did. He put new hardware in a 30 year door. New high cycle springs and new side rollers and end bearing caps and center bearing. Did a complete adjustment of the door and it is well balanced. the old side rollers were very worn. You have a very great company

I am super pleased by the service I received. My garage door has never been more smooth or quiet even when it was new. David was able to replace several parts, tighten loose rails, and lubricate all the components throughout the assembly. While my initial concern (several broken hinges) was not urgent, they were able to get me scheduled in the same afternoon I called. I will definitely be using Precision again.

The technician Dustin Keaton was excellent. I have electronics/computer background and wanted detailed information about what had happened to the remote function.
