We had our new garage door system installed 3 years ago. Just recently, we had issues with one of the doors opening sometime during the night. We’d wake up to find a door open, which put our cars and possessions in the garage at risk. I called the office for help and we had a repairman visit later in the day! Our issue required one more visit from a repairman to resolve ultimately, but we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Speedy reply and pleasant, skilled repairmen to help us. Plus, their visits were part of our original installation so we incurred no additional costs for their visits. What a pleasant surprise! So happy we found Precision Garage Doors a few years ago. We couldn’t be happier!!

The installer was very pleasant to deal with and provided me with good information regarding the installation and garage door maintenance. He seemed to be very skilled with his work. I was not happy with the estimate process, however. I was given a phone estimate of $100-$360 to replace the springs. When the service technician calculated a price it was much, much higher than the $360 maximum. I feel the estimate was purposely deceiving. I don’t believe this is the way for your company to build a good reputation.

I am a repeat customer with Precision Garage door and I was very satisfied with Thomas Timmons. He was very professional and courteous,plus very knowledgeable about what I wanted. He gave me 2 different estimates on new garage doors, plus an estimate on just fixing the problem I was concerned about. I will be making a decision on which estimate to go for. Our technician, David was professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem right away, the springs and explained how and why it happened. While it was not great craftsmanship from the previous installers he was upfront about pricing and what needed to be done. We went with the powder coated springs because we do use our garage door a good amount. I thought he was a great guy who did a stand up job!!

I had service done before on my coil, so when the garage opener was goofy I called Precision Doors. The receptionist was absolutely a doll and understood my frustration. When Joe showed up I was glad to see him because I had him before. We discussed my options and in less than an hour my new opener was installed! So pleased. Thank you Joe and Precision Door!!!

From the time I made the. Call to the time they was done was very impressive. I call them at 10 and they scheduled it the same day at 2 to 6 Matt called me about 330 and said he was going to be there in 40 mins. When he arrived he was great explained everything step by step and got the door working In the same day I would recommend them to any one. Have not recy customer service that good for a long time . Service date 9.26.23 my tech was David Crowe. He was very friendly and had great customer service! I felt he really took care of my door issue. I was just impressed with the company service over all. I was not expecting to get a warranty on my repair, but I ended up with a 7 year warranty! Well done!

Walker was very professional and informative I ask him several questions and he answered them and explained to me how they worked. Didn't plan on spending a whole lot of money but he pointed out things that were on their their last legs and probably wouldn't last much longer. I am in charge of all the house repairs since my spouse isn't able too anymore so I elected to have them fixed before they broke and with the 5 year warranty I don't need to worry about them. Precision made getting a new garage door easy. Their price was best, but most important our sales person, Alanna, and the installer, Lashad Lake, were both very professional. All explained and no surprises. Lashad was friendly, on time, cleaned up, and did excellent work. We had a great experience and the new door is beautiful.
