I had a problem with the myQ app on my phone showing my garage door was off-line. I tried different things like resetting my wi-fi, uninstalling and re-installing the app, to no avail. So I called Precision Door Sales and the tech tried and he ended up telling me that I needed to call tech support because of the Wi-Fi problem. He then stayed around while I talked on the phone to tech support to make sure the problem was resolved, it was. Thanks to both your garage door tech and the tech support on the phone.

I see your commercials on Good Day Columbus, so when my son left one of our remotes on the roof of his car and we could not locate it, we knew we needed to change out the codes and replace the remotes. Also, our outdoor keypad had stopped working, so i asked for it to be replaced. Dimitri was very polite and helpful, and worked efficiently, doing all the work including reprogramming in less than an hour. The price was fair and he lubricated the door before he left. I called this morning and the work was done several hours later. He left me his card in case I have any further issues. Highly recommend.

Precision was great. I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to get a same day appointment to have our garage door fixed, but I had someone at our house in a matter of hours. Our technician, Walker, was great at assessing what was wrong and gave us several options to have things fixed. And the best part, even with a total overhaul of our system, the work was completed within hours! Our garage looked like no one had been working in it and Walker was so nice and polite. Arrived promptly, figured out that our door opener unit was struggling because the existing garage door springs (that were previously replaced by another vendor) weren't balanced or sized properly. I called Precision Door after reading multiple reviews. Mike Klaiber was the technician that they sent to give me an estimate. He was very professional and explained my options and answered all of my questions(pro/cons & pricing). Mike installed the New Garage door same day and did a very nice job on the installation. He then explained all of the maintenance that I should do for longevity of the door, rollers, and springs. While he was here he also worked on my shop door and it is working significantly better. I would recommend Precision Doors and especially Mike Klaiber.

5 out of 5. The install went very well, John was a professional and explained many questions I had along with having a great personality. Many times when people have an appointment between 5 PM and 7 PM at a strangers house they show up with an attitude or try to rush, John did neither of these two. Great service, the product seems to be working without error and I am pleased with my purchase.
