While going through a list of 4 names I received after consulting Angie's List, someone from Precision called me on the phone. They said they could handle the repair I needed. And the tech, Alex, was right on time the very next morning. After examining the problem, he had to leave to get the needed part, but returned when he said he would and had the work done within the expected time. He was efficient and seemed to know what he was doing. He tweaked the door a bit to get it operating more smoothly. He cleaned up the area when he was done. It was a great experience and I would not hesitate to call them again and recommend them to anyone with garage door "issues." I'm getting a new home ready to move into and this was by far the easiest "repair" job I've had done so far. 5 stars! for sure.

I requested an estimate to replace my garage door. The time was set by you or your employee. While visiting my very ill husband you came at a time I wasn't home. Keep in mind YOU set the time. I was at home 1/2 half hour before the scheduled time. No I haven't returned your calls. There was no reason to do so. Your quote was twice as much as other reputable business's. I will not be using Precision Door. Since you requested me to fill in the "Service Performed" slot, I did so since I would not be able to send a review otherwise. DO NOT BELEIVE IT. I will not be using your company.

I called at 6:30am with a broken spring and my car trapped in my garage. They had a technician at my house by 9:30 and I was out of the garage by 10. Wonderful service!!

I was surprised that the company was willing to repair our garage door on a Saturday. The service man called prior to coming out, which I had asked him to do. The service man was friendly and knowledgeable he inspected out entire garage door apparatus and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was able to fix the problem in less than an hour and had even made an adjustment that made our garage door preform even better than it had before our spring broke. I would definitely use this company again!

Garage door would not open. Tom arrived on time, assessed the problem and fixed it right away. My home warranty people couldn't get to me for days. Tom was great and professional. Only complaint was I felt it was a little pricey but it was completed perfectly.

Two of the panels on my door had been damaged and have small tears, which caused the door to bind while going up and down. I was worried that I'd have to replace the door but Alex quickly threw on a brace which fixed the issue. He also made various adjustments and lubed everything up. I'm very happy they could get it fixed so quickly and for a very reasonable price. It definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing door service.

Precision had the best ad in the phone book and a real good web site. I would rate them a five star company. The technician was John and he was very knowledgeable about garage doors and answered several questions and also gave some handy tips. He did a great job, quickly replacing a broken spring and fine tuned the door operation. It is now working as good as new.

We had purchased a new garage door opener last September so we called Precision when our garage door broke. It was at 4:50pm on a Friday, and since the house is accessed through the garage we were concerned that we get a repair the same day. Precision sent out a technician who arrived within 5 minutes of the time stated. He had the door up and moving again I less than an hour, better than before.

Found you on Google search of garage doors. Unlike 3 other companies that I found, only your company offered a call in free estimate request instead of online for me to fill out. I talked to your office first, great helpful person answered the phone, appointment scheduled.for the next day. Tim called on the scheduled day to verify directions (Pataskala versus Reynoldsburg area....not a problem, we're in weird little area) He showed up promptly, was nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Other 3 companies...yeah one called back so far, 2 days after my call and appt scheduled for 2 more days later. Last 2 companies..MIA. And you top it off with an email thank you we appreciate your business and a survey. You seem to have a great company. We are going to get the other quote, but we are definitely leaning more to your company.
