Tim came to our rescue on the coldest day of the year after a garage spring break. Four hours later he had replaced our previous opner with a new belt drive, repaired the springs, replaced the keyless entry system and the in-garage control and programned three remotes! He worked for four hours. Tim was courteous,professional and efficient. He is an outstanding asset to your company!

Was visiting my sons new home when his door opener broke. I had no idea who to call as we are from out of town. By luck I chose you from the yellow page ad. The girl who answered the phone was very polite and helpful and got me scheduled the next day. Technician--Eric-was right on time and explained what needs to be done. Door mechanism first needed fixed then I opted to get 2 new openers installed. All work was explained and done in a very timely and professional manner. The technician Jim Folmar was really great. He called ahead to let me know what time he was coming and arrived on time. He was very knowledgable and explained my options. He did a really good job and know my garage door opens much better than before. He even offered to help jump start my SUV because we found the battery was dead and could not move it inside the garage. I would recommend him and your company. If I could make one recommendation with regards to your website, is that I wish it listed the service call fee which would be very helpful. Thanks again for the great work.
