The listing in the book looked very well presented. Yes, I took a chance and called. I talked with Allison and she was very professional on the phone. Answered all my questions. Gave me a time of between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm. Your tech arrived just after 10:00 am. Amazed me.Tim explained everything to me and recommended the overhaul. As it would be the best way considering the age of my door. Half way through I could tell that this was not his first rodeo. No wasted movements. He was in and out in about an hour. Tim is a great asset to your company. I will definitely recommend Precision to all my friends and neighbors.Tim performed the work as if it was his garage door being done. To put it in a nut shell (if it were possible) I am VERY WELL PLEASED with the work performed by Tim. Worth every cent. I am confident that this door will now last another 15 + years. John was on time very nice person. He explained the problems and how he could repair the garage door opener. He replaced the spring, center plate, pair of drums right and left and balanced the door.
