Precision Door came out, and the owner Jim installed our new garage door opener and motor. He was professional and on time. His work was thorough providing us with different options explaining things we would need to replace now and work we could do now but could address later. The work was done efficiently, and the installer was knowledgeable about explaining how everything worked. We were pleased with the work and would gladly have Jim and his company return. Searched in Home Advisor and this company was the first to follow up.they assessed issue and gave me the options. Since Current system was ancient, I opted for new motor and controls. Tech had new equipment on truck And did the switch out on the spot. Tech came out within 24 hours of first calling them and door fixed within 2 hours (Had new parts on the truck already. They responded quickly and efficiently and won my business.

We needed to have a spring replace. Dustin came the same day and replace the spring very quickly. He was very friendly and professional. We have had replacing the door on our list to do. Dustin was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and we ended up ordering a new door. Will be back to update our experience once that has been installed.

I feel like I was totally ripped off. The technician was prompt, professional, neat, and quick. But the price was a complete ripoff. I would never recommend this company in a million years. Just an FYI for those wanting to throw their money away, they charge about 325 plus dollars an hour for labor. Live and learn, I will never consider this company for future business and it’s my opinion you shouldn’t either.

As for the quality of parts, we use the highest quality parts that are locally made for our applications. The industry standard for springs is 10,000 life-cycles. Our springs are 30,000+ life cycles. We cannot speak to any other companies quality of parts or pricing but stand behind the parts that we install. Again, we are happy that we were able to help you get your garage door back and running properly. Over the life of the spring I do hope that you will see the quality difference in our products. 5 Stars Tim, the technician that came to my house, was very nice; very professional; and did a great job. The repair was not able to be made the night he came to my house, but he came first thing the next morning, even though it was his day off. There was a misunderstanding and the owner personally, and very promptly, called me. The problem was solved. I greatly appreciate the values of a family owned business. I am very pleased with the resolution and the owner's willingness to do his best to satisfy his customers. The owner exemplified exceptional customer service.

My old garage door opener broke late on a Saturday night and I didn't know who to call. After a little research online I found Precision and called them Sunday morning. I was greeted on the phone with a friendly voice and set up a time window of 12pm to 2pm for the tech to come to my home. I received a confirmation email with a pic of The tech. Gary showed up on time and got right to work. My garage door was binding up and caused the opener to break. Gary installed a new opener and adjusted and lubed everything and it opens and closes so smooth now. It's also very quiet compared to the old unit. I was very impressed with Precision and so happy to get professional service even on a Sunday. I would refer them to anyone needing door or opener repairs. Thanks Precision!
