AMAZING.. We See the ads on fox 28 every morning and looked like a good company for an emergency repair if needed. low and behold, boom. spring broke. called Precision and talked with a very nice lady and she said she could have someone here within a couple hours. Five minutes later, got a call from a tech named Payton who said he was on his way. the professionalism was great from the start. nice van, clearly marked and Payton had the uniform to boot. we felt comfortable right away. he was masked and very respectful with our floors and 3 dogs. He was extremely polite and very knowledgeable of what he was here to address. gave us a quote and estimated time to repair garage door. suggested additional parts as a recomendation, (not pressure sales) we took his advice and added a couple more things from an obviously experienced garage door specialist.we will gladly share our experience with everyone. GREAT WORK PEOPLE

Tim Jr. came out on 10/29/2020 and did a check on my garage door. He install a new garage door opener and checked everything else. Tim explained everything about the opener to us, he even programed the cars for us. A very pleasant young man. Thanks you for a job well done

Called on a holiday after finding the door spring broke. Call for service no extra charge for holidays or weekends. Came fixed the door didn’t leave until my husband and I were satisfied. Tim did a great job and very professional.

Our spring broke on a Saturday afternoon and we were expecting to wait until Monday before we could call to get an appointment with someone then my wife found the website for Precision door. After a call, we were scheduled for 9-11 on a Saturday night. The technician, Tim, got here early and was done by 7:45. The price for two springs and weekend service was very reasonable. I would recommend Precision if you ever need their services.

Precision installed a new garage door for us last month so we decided to have them come back and replace our open as well. Mike did an excellent job! He was on time, explained all the options and costs. Made sure our remotes and keyless entry were functional and advised us on the regular maintenance we should do to keep it running well. The part of your website that struck me was no additional charge for evenings or weekends. Eric came out to my home and he was great. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and informative. The spring on our garage door opener broke. My son found Precision Overhead Garage Door Service on the internet. We called and they said they would send someone out between 6-8 pm. Their service man knocked on our door at 5:55 pm. He was professional and considerate. He examined the door and outlined the repair options clearly for us. He told us the cost of the repair. He completed the repair in under an hour and our door works much better than when it was first installed. We will use Precision again in the future and will recomemnd them to our friends.
