Called Precision based on their great looking as well as informative website. We had a spring break on our double door, so we needed help fast. Precision was able to come within 4 hours of calling them. Technician was David S.; very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He offered up great solutions to some of my door challenges. When he was finished, our door worked better than it has for 15 years. Highly recommended!

We were very happy with the job that Precision performed on our garage door. The main spring broke at 2:00 in the afternoon leaving us with a garage door that would not close. Totally satisfied! I called at 5:45 pm and was able to schedule an appointment between 6:00 pm & 10:00 pm. The technician arrived at 6:45 pm and completed the inspection plus replacement of my springs with side cables in one hours time! Price was very fair and better than the competition. I honestly did not expect for this repair to go so smoothly! Tyler was a great technician and a pleasure to meet. Do yourself a favor and call Precision first and be done with it!

Same day service, was better than expected! Convenient after work hours appointment was unexpected but very appreciated. Michael, the service technician was very polite, accommodating and knowledgeable. He replaced broken springs on our main garage door and replaced deteriorating spring on our second door. Also replaced all rollers and lubricated hinges. Took about 2 hours in all. Everything works better than ever!

I have used Precision door service three times now. Excellent service and professionalism each and every time! Replaced spring 14 months ago. This month door opener failed so Jim T. Jr. replaced opener, bearings, drum, rollers and balanced to help alleviate stress on new parts. Plus he replaced a NEW heavy duty spring, that was installed last time, this time for FREE due to a warrantied part. Will Recommend to everyone! Thanks and keep up the good work ethic.

I felt the technician , Tom, did an outstanding job repairing my broken garage door spring by replacing both springs with the better quality springs, and giving the door a full needed tune up to include new torsion cables, ball bearing flanges, new rollers, plus checked the whole door system for problems. I felt he was very knowledgeable took pride in doing top quality work and represented the company well. I would recommend this company for your garage door needs and repairs. I had an emergency situation with two broken panels on my garage door and simply asked Siri to call a garage door repair store near Galena, Ohio and Siri called Precision Door. I was very surprised that someone answered because it was Saturday afternoon. I was even more surprised that they could come out the very next morning, Sunday, at 9am to help diagnose the problem. Tim arrived on time and was very friendly and helpful. He showed me what was wrong with the doors. He also showed me several replacement options in addition to repair estimates. The service and friendliness was much appreciated.

We called to have our garage door fixed on a Sunday afternoon and Precision was able to come the next morning at 8am! Alex was our serviceman and he was not only friendly and courteous, he was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was super helpful and knew exactly what to do.
