We selected Precision because of the BBB A+ rating as well as the excellent reviews. We certainly were not disappointed. Dustin was great!! He explained our options very clearly and thoroughly. After the work was completed he showed us everything he had replaced and asked if we had any questions. We are so glad we called Precision and that Dustin was our technician!

We had precision door service repair the springs and wheels previously on our garage door. So it was an easy choice when the opener decided to die on who to call for service. Precision door was quick to respond. Gave me several choices and completed the job fast with a great product. The new opener is so much quieter than the old opener. Completely satisfied with this repair job.

ALEX and associate diagnosed problem with garage door suggested multiple repair options. I chose to have new torsion spring along with a more poweful power door opener replaced. Upon completion Alex reviewed the work done and instructed me on new power door open operation. Both techs were very friendly and got the job done. Also they fashioned a new and improved bracket where the J hook attaches to the door to lift it. I would rate both techs as ***** *

Our technician (Alex E) called on the way as promised and arrived within the time window I was given. I also was not charged an extra fee for service on the weekend which was appreciated. My issue (garage door light only staying on for 30 seconds) ended up being a result of faulty bulbs. I was only charged the service fee and saved an extra $15 with the online coupon.

I paid $650 for a new garage door system. It was a bit expensive. But I am counting on lasting me for more than the 5 year warranty. We will see. Thanks for coming to my home quickly. Magaly Lopez

This service was of exceptional quality by Tom. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable of his service and the contract that we received. Also the parts that he replaced not only made the door performed more efficiently. He also weather sealed some areas to cut down on winter drafts.

Precision has been servicing and maintaining our Garage doors for about 10 years. They have always been available and professional. The latest technician who came to our house (believe his name is Derrick) was thorough and professional. If I had more than two thumbs, I would use it all to recommend Precision.

We had Precision replace our garage door opener and had a very good experience from start to finish. I called and they were able to come out the same afternoon. The person I spoke to on the phone(Destiny) and the tech(Derrick) that did the install were both very friendly, helpful and professional. The opener was installed quickly and works great. I will definitely use them again for any future garage door issues.
