Tom called approximately 30 minutes prior to his arrival, was courteous upon his arrival, quickly assessing the situation. He provided multiple options for the repair and quickly started the repair upon my confirmation of the work he was to perform. He finished the job within a reasonable time and explained the work he completed. I appreciate his attention to detail. Door cable broke on one side and roller wheels out of line. Called at 8:30am, told he would be here between 2p-4p. Tim was there right at 2pm! Very professional, knowledgeable and showed me everything he did and the parts he replaced. All said and done, door was fixed and works better than it ever has. Parts a little pricey, but had a different company out less than a year ago who didn't even see the problem!!! Well worth the money I spent with Precision! You get what you pay for! Thanks guys!
