One of springs on my garage door mechanism suddenly broke yesterday and I was glad I knew, from a very positive past outcome with Precision Garage Door Service, exactly who to call. This was another great experience right from the start, the scheduler was friendly and accommodating, the technician Mike came out right on time and explained exactly what had broken and why and what was needed for the repair. He was very professional, great to work with and completed the job in the hour he'd estimated it would take. The moderate cost was what I was expecting. Very happy, once again with Precision's service. Highly recommend!

I was impressed that I was immediately contacted after my request for information and especially that the person who came out to assess my problems did the repairs on the spot. He showed me my problems before starting and during his work. My door is old and hadn’t worked for years and he installed a new system and showed me the weak spots in my old door to keep an eye on. Timothy Tomlinson installed our garage door opener. He was very professional and polite. He called before arriving. He explained the new system and helped us program our vehicles to the new opener. He cleaned up his work area and took away our old opener. Good work.

I was able to make a same day appointment on a Saturday. The technician, who was very courteous and professional, took one look at my garage door/opener and immediately saw the issue and fixed it. He was also able to tune-up (i.e. oil hinges) and inspect the garage door at the same time. The cost was very reasonable. I will definitely call them again if I have any other needs related to my garage door/opener.

I was able to get an appointment the same day to replace a badly worn garage door spring. The technician who came out was very kind and very knowledgeable. He examined the situation, made recommendations and was able to repair my door at that visit. The garage door runs much quieter and smoother now. I called for help when my car was trapped one day this week when we lost power. I was unable to lift the dead weight of the door and missed a doctor's appointment. It's a relief that I can easily lift the door myself again!

The service and staff were great! I wish I could remember the young man's name...so sorry! Nonetheless, on January 4, 2025, I needed a new garage door opener put in on an existing door and he worked brilliantly to make sure I got a quality opener and efficiently to install it. The quality of his work and customer service was a huge and welcomed relief as I needed the work completed before a tenant arrived (within a couple of days of service) and I was in the hospital. The company's prices were reasonable and their service was the best I've encountered. I can't speak highly enough of this team and would highly recommend them for any garage door service you need.

I asked friends for a recommendation and was given Precision's name. I checked online reviews and saw only positive comments. I was able to schedule an appointment online for the next day. Originally, I called for a repair, but ended up also purchasing a new garage door opener. The Precision rep was fast, courteous, informative, and gracious enough to stay and walk me through the original problem, the suggested solutions and then the new set up (including figuring out the wifi connection issues!) I would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing this service!
