Gary did a very good job on a complex overhaul of a very heavy garage door. He took extra time to apply innovative solutions to problems that other previous service providers had not addressed. I thought the costs were fair for the level of service provided.

John, the Service Tech, explained the problem to me, gave prices for repair and a new opener, and explained the benefits of each option. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and completed the job in reasonable time. I will recommend your company to others.

I was impressed by your 24/7 service availability, the photos and bios of service techs, email confirmation of appointment day/time, and name of the tech assigned to repair our door. He showed up within the time period I was told, was courteous, professional, and quickly made needed repairs. A good job all around.

I had called Precision Door Service last week for an emergency when our garage door spring broke making our door unable to open and their technician came out at 8pm same day and replaced the door springs. I had wanted to get a new door opener then, but the opener was working fine so we left it alone. The garage door opener bit the dust this morning when I was leaving for work and Precision Door Service came same afternoon and replaced the garage door opener. It was a pretty cold day but they got the job done. Thanks, Precision Door Service!

Professional, timely, and friendly service. We received snow in the morning and the traffic held Tim up some. He called me to say he was going to be 1/2 late. Upon arrival Tim assessed the broken spring issue and checked out this very old garage door setup. I was pleasantly surprised about how fast he was able to replace the broken spring. He asked me to see the operation of the door to ensure I was happy with the service before making the payment. I highly recommend this company.
