Professional, timely, and friendly service. We received snow in the morning and the traffic held Tim up some. He called me to say he was going to be 1/2 late. Upon arrival Tim assessed the broken spring issue and checked out this very old garage door setup. I was pleasantly surprised about how fast he was able to replace the broken spring. He asked me to see the operation of the door to ensure I was happy with the service before making the payment. I highly recommend this company.

He installed the new opener and corrected faults from the older units installation to ensure proper operation of the new unit.
