We needed to have our garage door repaired so called Precision Door Service. When I called and told the person answering the call (who was friendly) what we needed, she said she could have someone out in a couple of hours. Mike, the technician, was early and told us that we needed a new spring. Our door had only one spring and he suggested putting two on so the door would be more efficient. We will be calling Precision when we need this type of service again.

Had a cable break on our garage door late afternoon trapping my car inside. Called Precision and they had a technician out the next morning at 8:00am. He called to confirm at 7:40am that he was on his way.(that was nice). I originally thought I could replace the cable myself, so glad I called a Precision. The tech had to do so much more than I ever imagined to safely replace the cable. He did it all quickly and professionally and he was very cordial and polite. No regrets. Well worth it.

Garage door repair was done by an excellent tech, Tim. He actually was correcting and repairing what another craigslist "garage door repairman" had screwed up with my door! I would give you a 5 star rating. The serviceman was prompt (same day WOW), friendly and did a good job. I can tell that the part he replaced is doing a great job because the door opener is much quieter and doesn't sound like it is straining. I have to admit the price was total sticker shock, but when I called about it, the person answering the phone gave a good explanation and waived the service charge. I would definitely recommend you to others.
