Felt the technician was attempting to sell me upgrades on my operner. It didn't appear sincere but rather a ploy to generate sales. If I didn't know any better, I would say the technician got a peice of the action for upgrades. I got a little push back when I presented a coupon for a free trip charge with service over $100.00. The tech said most of the bill was the trip charge and the coupon wouldn't apply. That wasn't correct since my final amount I paid was $117.65 and the trip charge was $49.95. He did finally accept the coupon and reduced my bill from what was originally $180'ish. Looking at the bill, I got charged for "fleet transportation" - $20.00. Seems redunant. Get the trip charge waived with a coupon but get hammered with a "fleet transportation" charge! Lastly, the tech fixed my light issue, it wasn't coming on when the garage door was activated. He fixed it so good it won't shut off now! Back to having a problem again! Doubtful I'll be a return customer.

Tim just installed a new garage opener. He was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The opener he installed is night and day compared to the old one that was there. Tim was punctual and had the work done quickly. I will recomend Precision and Tim to anyone that needs service.

Can't say enough about the fast, professional service we received from Precision. We had used their service before and were very happy with the work done, so they were the first company we called this time. It was late on Saturday night when a spring snapped, also breaking a cable. Set an appointment for early on a snowy. Sunday morning. Tom Palmer showed up at the exact time, ready to work. In a very short time he had the door hanging straight, with the new springs and cable replaced. Even in the dead of winter with several inches of snow on the ground, Precision got the job done, fast. Can't say enough good about Tom Palmer. Polite, professional, and knew his business. Will certainly use Precision in the future.

Tyler showed up on time and ready to work. He diagnosed my problem and had it fixed and operation within 15 minutes. I thought the price of the remotes was high but from time of call until the problem was fixed was 30 minutes. You have to pay for that kind of service.

My service technician Michael Bowman did an excellent job of installing a replacement garage door opener. The opener that he replaced had a lifetime warranty and was purchased at precision. I have always found that precision stands behind their products. They employ courteous and efficient technicians as was Michael. Matt did a fine job rebuilding our vintage wooden door. He even pointed out maintenance items we can do ourselves as well as those items that will need to be replaced in the future. However, he told us those items still had useful life left in them and his recommendation was that we wait. We would have ample warning that the items had reached the end of their useful lives and we could then schedule the replacement on an non emergency basis.

What a wonderful service. Our garage door broke, the bracket came off from the door panel. The Service technician was prompt and on time. Thomas Palmer wore a mask and was very aware of CoVid issues. He previewed the broken door and was very quick on his determination of the needs to repair the door. The repair was quick and efficient. I would recommend Precision Door Service for sure. It was great to have Precision Door Service come out to assess my garage door. The gentle man called to confirm his appointment time. He arrived early and assessed the problem. The service provider told me what the issue was with garage door motor and provided factual wearing of it. He listened to my request for receiving estimate on new garage door opener. He did just that. He provided choices for the garage door opener and pricing. I'm glad to know Precision Garage Door was easy to access and assess my concerns. Very responsive, came right away and the “sales” guy was quite nice. However he gave me three generic numbers, never itemized anything and said that’s the best he could do for me. He tried to add in things that weren’t really needed, even at the lowest option. Unfortunately, the cheapest option was 650$, and after asking around others, I was told I was being ripped off. Better yet, they even knew the name of the company without even me telling them, which goes to show their reputation. Called a local guy I was recommended by someone who flips homes, came out right away and it was fixed for half the price, 350$! Please support local, if you can, which I did more research. Oh, I was also told that I wouldn’t be charged an assessment fee, but was of 50$. Overall disappointing experience and wouldn’t recommend, there are much more reasonable places out there!

Immediate response (same day) and great attention to my need. Tim was masterful in his work. He explained everything and provided excellent service. Only suggestion would be a little more attention to clean-up as I found some debris the following day (not much) and more up front information on any coupons for discounts. Highly recommend Precision!
