My 12 years old garage door opener was failing to open the garage door. I found Precision Door Service on the Internet and selected them because of their same day service ad. Jason, the Service Technician, diagnosed the problem and replaced the garage opener gear quickly. The garage door glides quietly and smoothly after the repairs and adjustments. Jason, also tightened the loose opener chain and gave helpful tips on how to lubricate and maintain the garage door hardware. I am very satified with the professionalism, politeness, and quick repairs from Jason.

Service guy was on time and very knowledgeable. I appreciate the name & picture of the technician before his arrival. He took time to inspect the door for other issues other than the obvious broken tension spring, and explained what would be best before performing the service as well as provided the price. Service was fast and satisfactory. Too bad I forgot to provide the $30 off coupon I printed off the website. Thanks for the great service.

I would like to say it is refreshing to work with such a great company for a change. Many companies barely give you the right time of day before and after selling you their products, but my experience with Precision Door Service and especially with Gary, our installer, was fantastic. The company was very timely in their estimate responses, meeting our requested installation date and providing an expert installation technician. The new door looks fantastic and is much quieter. I was really impressed with their prompt service call especially on a Sunday afternoon. My new garage door was replaced the next day. The technician who installed my door was very friendly and detailed with the explanation of why my door wasn't working properly and options for replacement. I called this morning around 8:30 and Gregg was here about an hour later. He was professional and explained the pricing up front and took the time to explain the work performed when he was finished. He also provided recommendations on other areas to keep an eye on. We just needed a cable re-attached, so this was not a major installation or repair. However he did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend Precision Door.

Our garage door has never worked this well. Found out that some of the previously replaced parts were not the right ones which caused more problems. The technician was very polite and knew what he was doing! He explained and showed me everything that he was going to do and why it was necessary. It was a rather costly repair but was well worth it. I feel safe with the door working as it does now.

Thank you for your prompt, same day/night service. The garage door was stuck open at least 2 feet (not very safe for overnight). Tom was friendly, courteous and professional. I felt comfortable and safe having him doing the work in my home. I think the email confirmation, pictures of the techs is an excellent idea. He called prior to arrival to let me know when he would be arriving. Answered all my questions, explained everything well. The work was completed in a timely manner. Superior, quality work! i checked the yellow pages in the phone book, i also checked bbb and found nothing to cause me concern. the fact you are a franchisee was a good thing because if there was a big problem, i could contact the corporate office. since my opener was not working, same day service was a plus. the e mail that was sent with tech name and picture was appreciated. the tech made sure to explain everything fully.

So today Time came again to my house to install new springs on our 1930's garage door. My husband could have done this job, but again Tim is the pro. It would have taken hours if he would have done it! On Monday,Tim replaced our broken beyond repair door opener and suggested replacing the door or the springs. The opener is working really hard and likely would not last. In addition, he stated that we could likely replace the door, framing and another opener if the springs break. Tim was on time, cleaned up the mess and was done in a timely fashion. I really appreciate it!
