Our Sonata was stolen by 2 teenage boys in broad daylight from driveway. Within 2 days it was in the Police Impound Lot with so much damage. One thing missing was the garage door opener. So I called to see what could be done to keep them out of my home. The two young men came (Blake and ??) within an hour, wore masks, told me what they could do, how much it costs and got to work. I couldn't be more pleased (well, show me the 2 car thieves in jail). They changed code and replaced opener. I am going to add a new keypad that they will come back to do. Both young men were knowledgeable, personable, hard workers which speaks volumes for your company.

Precision Garage Door of Columbus is great! We needed to replace a broken garage keypad entry and also get additional openers for our Columbus condo. Great customer service experience from beginning to end. I was able to get on the schedule within a very short time frame. The technician was scheduled the next day, I had an appointment time frame of 8:00 am - 10:00 am and the technician called at 7:45 am to say he'd be there in 15 minutes. Tim was great - he installed the unit and walked through all of the steps to get us set-up. Thanks again for a great experience.

My experience with Precision Door has been fantastic. They repaired broken torsion springs in December 2020. In January 2021 my garage door opener failed. The company that repaired the opener claimed that the wrong springs had been installed a year earlier. I was expecting a fight on my hands. I called Precision that day, they sent a technician, David C., within the hour, and he fully acknowledged their mistake. He was fantastic. He installed the correct springs and arranged for Precision to refund the amount I paid for the opener repair. In my wildest dreams I could not imagine a more satisfactory solution. I would recommend Precision Door Service without reservation.

I was told the repairman would come between 10-2 and he arrived at 10:30! I was happy to see he was punctual. He explained everything to me and my husband and after he did the work showed us what he did. Then he replaced something he didn’t even see at first but did a great job! He was also very friendly and we were truly satisfied. I will recommend not only your company but also Tim to all of my friends and family members! He did more than replace the springs. He replaced the cable on my husbands door and gave us the almost like new service plus the keyless entry pad.

We called Precision Garage Door because our garage door was buckling. They sent a technician out the same day. Jason identified our problem, gave us a quote and had it fixed that afternoon. Before leaving he greased all the joints, balanced it and made sure everything was properly working. Definitely happy with our experience and would recommend.

Neighborhood Facebook group recommended Precision and I was not disappointed. The technician tried to repair my opener but concluded it was not possible due to its age of 25 years. He clearly explained 3 options for a new opener, had all the parts with him, and had the whole thing done in less than one hour. He also left a printed brochure and two working remotes. No complaints and I definitely recommend!

Dustin Keaton was a delight and a definite asset to Precision Door Service. He did a wonderful job, very professional and explained everything. Dustin replaced the sensors and I am not sure if what he replaced is called the springs or rollers. That is why I left "Purchase a new Product" blank. On Invoice it says Fleet Transportation and Genie Safety Eyes.

Precision did a great job. My tech, Matt was professional, friendly, informative and a great guy to have at my home. He explained all the options and allowed me to choose. I had a partial rebuild of my pulleys and door system to include new springs. It rolls like its new. Precision was not the least expensive option, but I believe that it was a great choice.

Tim was able to quickly determine the problem with my old opener and indicated a new opener was needed. It was installed in a very short time and Tim provided an explanation for all of the items included with the new opener. This is the third time that I have used Precision and I have been satisfied each time. I definitely would recommend them to anyone needing garage door or opener service.
