We are so pleased we chose Precision Door Service ! Tom was the nicest guy that fixed our problem. He was very polite and informed us about the problem and what needed to be fixed to make the door work ! It is so good now and goes up and down very quietly. The problem was the door would not go up and down . We looked in the yellow pages and saw your add. The service 24/7 and weekend appointments caught our eye. We needed it fix as soon as possible so we could get out of the garage to meet our daughter and family for a Father's Day Brunch ! Again, Tom was a very good worker and you should be glad he is an employee for you as he gives the customer good service ! We would call Precision again if needed and recommend Precision to anyone. Tom arrived on time, addressed the problem, and with my approval, began to fix the problem. He worked an hour and a half and replaced the needed part. He was courteous and professional. Five stars from me!

excellent,timely and professional service. The Tech was courteous, informative and I couldn't be happier with how fast you responded. This morning I simply opened the phone book and called one number, no answer, then I called you. I would have no problem in recommending your company. I had an old style spring one on each side of the door. Tom recommendation convinced me to go with the overhead type of springs. We discussed new doors, I opted just to have the new type of springs. Tom and your company get 10 stars from me.

I was confident in Precision with the way the company is ran. I rate Precision with 5 stars. I had a broken spring out of two that hang on both top sides of the roller with cables. Upgraded to the over head spring roller and it's much better just a pleasant experience.

Tom, the Precision Door Service technician who responded to our call for service, just left. Tom arrived in a timely manner (Actually a little sooner than Precision had promised), repaired our garage door opener, lubed all the moving parts, and was extremely cordial during the entire process. We are very satisfied, and happy we chose Precision Door Service. If your garage door needs service, you can't go wrong with Precision. They are professionals, and their rates are very reasonable.

I chose Precision because of the hundreds of positive reviews on the website. As a former electrician, I know how critical first impressions are. Tom called ahead and was right on time. Tom explained what was causing the door to shift and he corrected the problem in less than an hour due to his skill and experience. He was personable, courteous and he left no mess. Eric arrived earlier than scheduled, which was very much appreciated, but called first. It was a routine spring repair, but he carefully inspected all components and explained what might need attention in the future; didn't push any unnecessary work. Very upfront with the cost estimate and preformed the work quickly. Great experience! I'd use the company again.
