Precision answered the call promptly and arranged for a service representative to visit that day. This service visit was actually before the arranged time but they called ahead to ensure that that was ok. My problem was quickly identified and corrected in a pleasant manner. I will remember Precision for future calls and share with friends as well.

Very knowledgeable technician replaced springs and coils put in new rollers. There was not much room to work and the tech was understandinging and was happy we were able to clear some room for him. After the job was done you could not tell he was there, I believe leaving a clean job site directly results in the quality of work performed. Thanks precision garage door

Had a problem with the garage door not staying closed. The technician came out and determined that the door was hitting the floor too hard. The door would bounce slightly which started it opening again. He made a little adjustment and everything is working fine now..

Chris W was the service tech that came out for my repair. He was very honest on what needed to be done for my repair. He did not try to make a sell of a new unit, but was honest to let me know all I needed were new sensors. He was very professional and polite. I will highly recommend Precision.

It turned out that all I needed was a new "remote" (or whatever the proper term is!), but after Dave replaced that he inspected the door (originally installed by Precision Door 15 years ago), lubricated all the suitable parts, and left behind a quieter, smoothly running door. He was outstanding, knowledgeable, caring about his products and his work, and very personable to deal with. Thank you Dave and Precision Door!

As always, Precision door service is the best. I had an emergency situation with my garage door not closing - called Precision and explained what was going on and they had a service tech to my home within 30 min. after my call. Will always use Precision Door and will refer them to my neighbors here in Victorian Village. Tom,the tech who assisted me was very polite and explained everything he did.

What can go wrong on a Halloween night? Plenty, if the garage door brackets break, and one is not able to get the cars out for the following morning. Precision Door was wonderful and sent Tom out on an emergency call to fix our door. Not only was Tom knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous, he was an absolute sweetheart and explained everything needed to repair the door. REVIEW UPDATE: I initially wrote a five star rating shortly after your technician replaced the cables, one hinge, and rewound the spring. The door was still running roughly. He stated he could do no more, and he recommended a new garage door. Later that day I watched your video on your website (Precision) to see if there was anything I could do to help the door until I could replace it. I followed your video's instructions (cleaning the track, tightening all the bolts, lubricating the spring with lithium grease, etc). This is when I discovered that the technician had stripped out 3 of the 4 bolts attaching the new hinge he had installed. He had not done any of the recommended items in your video, or even mentioned that they should be done. After I performed the items set forth in your video, and replaced the stripped out bolts on the hinge, the door is running much better and much smoother. I will be looking elsewhere for my garage door repairs in the future.

David I would like to apologize about the recent experience you had with our company. Garage door repairs are never fun and always come at the wrong time. Customer satisfaction is very important to our company. I have tried to reach out by phone and left a voicemail to see if there was anything we could do. All of our technicians are trained to lubricate not only just the springs but all of the moving components of every door we work on. Also, the safety inspections states that the top panel is bending and sagging in the middle. This is why the technician recommended a new door because the structural integrity of the door has been compromised. Again, I apologize that the experience you had with us was less than optimal but wish you best in the future.

Garage door stopped half open. Panel bracket and roller let go. Did not want to leave door open for the weekend. Precision came out in two hours and did not charge an extra $75 like others quoted but did give us the senior citizen discount. I will recommend them and will call them again if I ever need service. Definitely 5 stars.

My garage door busted at 11am due to user error. Within 2 hours Dustin came and made the repairs over an hour visit. He was courteous experienced and very professional. He explained the charges —very reasonable — and gave me a digital invoice. Precision Door is very well managed and operated and I received a follow up email from the owner manager. Everything about Precision's service was excellent - from contact to delivery of the actual work. After review of the situation it was determined that there did not appear to be a problem. I did ask if the rubber seal bar across the bottom of the garage door could be replaced while the technician was here. They were carried on the truck so he was able to do it. I will contact Precision in the future as needed.

They were actually early for the appointment and did a fantastic job. Serviced my garage door, installed a new bottom seal, lubed all points on the door and was finished in around 30 minutes. I called one day, they came out the next day. I will use them again for all my garage door needs. A great company.
