Precision Door delivered a great product the same day we called. Our compliments to Johnnie, who did an excellent job of diagnosing our problem, going over our options, and helping us choose the solution right for us. He did a throughly professional job of installing the system and provided excellent customer service. This is the second time we have chosen Precision and we are customers for life.

Better Business approval was encouraging. Rapid response Technician (Walker) was competent, pleasant, patient (with me and willing to speak by phone with my son), and helpful about work which will probably be necessary in the near future.

Service tech was very nice and helpful corrected my problem and told me of some of your other products such as door openers and garage doors. Will investigate in the spring regarding a new garage door. I would recommend Precision to my friends and/or the app Next Door that I use when people are looking for help.

Trying to program the door opener for a new vehicle we just picked up and the spring broke on the door. We were surprised when we called Precision that they could come out yet that evening and fix it. Dustin called when he was on his way, arrived and reviewed the situation, showed me what else was excessively worn and provided a cost to repair up front. We agreed and in about 45-60 minutes we were operational again! pleased to be able to park the new car int he garage and not have to leave it out overnight. Dustin was exceptional in explaining the problem and what needed to be completed. Very pleased and would highly recommend this team!

It’s never convenient when your garage door won’t open and you can not get your cars out! I called Precision on Sunday morning and they sent a technician later that day. No extra charge for a Sunday call due to our location. That’s a huge plus! Tim Jr. came out and installed new springs and new garage door opener…. made our garage door like new. He is who I want in our home for this service. Tim is polite and worked hard until the job was done! He treated us like family. Thank you for the service you provide. We are very satisfied.

My garage door machine is as old as the house itself which is more than 50 years and it broke down just one day before I leave for overseas trip. Hello Precision: Our service technician was Matt -- he did an absolutely GREAT job. Our repair job was somewhat involved, and Matt took the time and effort to explain it in full detail to include 1. the problem itself ( there were actually several problems ) 2. options the customer had to fix. 3. repair costs. 4. Follow up information, i.e., contact numbers, warranties, etc. The bottom line -- Matt is certainly a keeper and THANK YOU. RICK HIGGINS

Thank you so much to your tech, Thomas Timmons and Precision Door company. He was communicative, prompt and when he arrived he listened to my concerns before assessing the situation. He broke down each suggested repair estimate and then allowed me to decide what I wanted fixed today. No pressure. He was a great representative of why I called Precision Door as a repeat customer and why I will recommend PD to my friends and neighbors.

I have a garage door at an apartment that has intermitently had issues that the tenants were frustrated with. Precision came out and made some adjustment that seem to be solving he issue. The technician, Kayne, was so nice and showed me what to look for with the sensors. I was so happy to get someone that would come out the same day and at the beginning of the 4-hour window I was given! I would highly recommend this company!
