Everting was great starting with calling to set up appointment all the way to the installation. I had a great experience with the service from Precision Door Service. Dustin showed up on time, checked all the hardware on the door, showed me what was broken and needed replaced. He was very polite and professional and the repair was done very expertly. He explained the warranty and made sure the door was working with all my remotes before he left.

Arrived home from work to a broken door spring and one car stuck inside! Double door, lifting out of question. Eleven year old system. Called Precision, tech En was out within the hour. Hours earlier than estimated wait, great. Could not have been easier to work with. Knowledgeable, pleasant, listened to what I expected at finish point. Upgraded us to battery backup opener. Was more than satisfied with the service and product offered. Highly recommend.

It has been about 10 years since I needed a garage door company, but I reached out based on a Google search and some clients reviews. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the work. Your techs gave me pricing options and completed the work. I think your quote was a little high. I also want to recommend a quick call or text from the techs if they are running late. I would recommend your service to my friends.

Gary came quickly (within an hour of our phone call for service) and assessed our problem. Instead of doing a repair, we decided to just replace the 17 year old garage door opener. He had what we needed on the truck and within 75 minutes had replaced the opener, put on new rollers and belt rail and programmed both cars for us. He was professional, knowledgeable and walked us through the entire process. I would recommend this company without hesitation!
