Technician David Morgan did a superior job. He showed up promptly, was courteous and friendly, and saved me a lot of money. He checked your records and found that when we got a new garage door in 2022, the spring was still under warranty, so he replaced the broken spring for free. After finding the broken spring this morning, his service was a very welcome surprise. Please give the man a raise!

I was spring cleaning and did a stupid thing which caused my garage door to come off track and no longer close properly. I called a few of companies to try to get someone out that day to make the repair. One didn’t answer, another was [frankly] not friendly but when I called Precision, I was pleasantly surprised. The lady who answered the phone was very kind and was able to get someone scheduled right away. I received emails, text messages and a phone call letting me know the tech was on the way. He had everything repaired in about 20 minutes and I couldn’t have been more thrilled. I really appreciate it! If you’re looking for a prompt, reliable and dependable company, I highly recommend Precision Garage Door!!

Scheduling was easy and efficient. Availability was the same day (Saturday) and no extra fees for this. Once Treavor got to my house he was very pleasant, professional and helpful. He repaired my broken chain and looked over the entire door. He provided expert advice after the repair without any pressure. I will be recommending Treavor to my son and others without hesitation! The repair was very reasonably priced. I will be scheduling door spring replacement and shaft bearings very soon with Treavor and Precision Garage Door Service.

I needed springs replaced due to one breaking. The technician did a great job inspecting the door and all components. He was able to quickly replace the springs and get the door working great. The pricing was a little painful but it was worth not having to do it myself.

Joe from Precision did the work here on Monday evening, in replacing our whole garage door opener control unit. He made system upgrades where needed, but only after conferring with me in each case. Whatever you do, DO NOT call Shamrock! It was night and day working with them and now Precision. From the moment the Precision rep walked through our door and shook my hand, even asked how my day was going, I knew I was giving Precision 5 stars. Trevor was respectful, kind, and extremely informative on what problems we were facing. He walked through the quote with me and even helped cut costs to ensure we'd be able to get the job done. Save the trouble of calling other players in town and stick to Precision.

I have used Precision three times in the past decade to repair and replace our (old) then replace our garage door opener. Each time I called them, they arrived the same day (even on a Sunday) , and made the repair. This past even was a warranty repair. I watched with curiosity as the serviceman diagnosed the problem and then called Genie to get warranty support. Sadly, Genie would only cover a bad board and asked the service man to leave the bad system in place (for days) until they could ship a replacement board, and return to fix things a week later. This was unacceptable to Precision, and they decided to replace my opener completely under warranty. This caused me to have to reprogram my remotes, and reboot my wireless connections and the service person helped me through all this before he left. And he cleaned everything up and made sure I was happy. They said they would take the fight up with Genie covering the cost of all the work under warranty. All three times I have used Precision, I have found their service response to be quick, and the people I have dealt with from their admin, to the service people, to the management to be customer oriented and very good. I know I could have gotten the service I need with a smaller company for a bit less cost. But I am willing to pay for their excellent responsiveness and full warranty support and help. I will use them without hesitation in future. This is a fine, well run company
